This particular location spends more time having personal conversations. I came in to get a sandwich on my lunch break and the women behind the counter kept talking to the woman in front of me long after she was done with her order making me wait longer than necessary. Even after my sandwich was done I was still waiting longer than necessary trying to pay for my sandwich. This is a place of business and not a place for your employees to have idle chit chat with friends and family during business hours. I'm fine with people talking while they work. But if they can't walk and chew gum; then spit out the gum. I will never go to this location again.
Outdoor roof top, not available for large party, we sat indoor by bar, service and menu Ok, expensive and had fish and chips, but was served fish and tater tots, elevator out of service, if you have problem walking up the stairs, or children in stroller, it wasn't pleasant, fix the elevator!
Worst place to eat, service is the worst I’ve ever gotten. Wish is was able to give 0 stars. Was told they couldn’t help with without a mask, when the mandate has been lifted, then was told no when asked for a name of a manager, as well as hers to write in my complaint. The service of this store is terrible, the employees do not work with pleasure, they serve you very badly, I spent hours waiting for a sandwich there is no smile they are not pleasant this tent will end up closing due to the bad service of these employees.
My husband just had a bad experience. I don't want to confuse which worker is which, however, the short heavy set older female worker needs to find out what makes her such an angry women. I will pray for her. She's a very rude and confused worker. I've came into Subway on various occasions where she is being rude to someone. Mostly, I see are black people being spoken to rudely; they are spending there money at the subway. Just fyi, they don't have to come to this subway, they can give their money to a decent place of business. My husband and I will not return.... afraid that when she use walk in....we will not be able trust her preparation of our food. Since I've observed her unprofessional work eithic, I willl be contacting the corporate office. There is a problem....I feel maybe she doesn't like the work she does and if so, don't take it out on others and find another job. I hope she is well.

The sandwich makers are incredibly slow, the facility is grody and rundown, the door barely opens or shuts when you walk in, and I've walked in and seen an employee sitting ON a prep table on his phone. Since he was the only employee working it seemed weird to me that he didn't have a chair he could sit in and had to use the prep table. This location is very close to my house but often I will drive double or triple the distance to go to one that's run better. And actually have just walked out before ordering to go to a better facility down the street that's cleaner and more congenial.
