This Starbucks has a large seating area. With the music and talking there is tinny sound and it is hard to hear for us old folks. But the employees are very friendly. It is on the top of my list for Starbucks.
As a long time customer of Starbucks, this was disappointing. I’ve had drink messed up and I never complain. However, this is just ripping off customers. I ordered a Venti Vanilla Shaken Espresso with Oat milk . I asked for NO ICE and two extra pumps of Vanilla. This is what I was given: See picture. When I asked about it, they stated that the drink is made of mostly ice and the District Manager was coming in for the day so they had to do the drink by the book. So in other words, it’s okay to admit we are getting mostly ice and to rip customer off. I will try to contact the district manager later, if this isn’t resolve, I’ll take my business to a coffee place that respect it.

7 employees and not 1 of them can stock bathroom with toilet paper (even after asking). No one cares here. I even watched a girl pull something out of oven used her hand to stack the sandwich and put it in the bag for another customer. (Ewwwwww).
Depending if you go inside or drive thru. I give 5 stars for drive thru but 3 stars for inside. It was so messy inside, unorganized, and the bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper.

Out of Almond milk for my drink but I can live with that. The restroom was absolutely grotesque. Dirty and unstocked. No garbage can either. Never again.
