Hands down the WORST ROUND TABLE LOCATION I’ve EVER purchased from in my life. And what makes matter worse is that there are several other round tables that are close - yet they refuse to deliver to me even though they are less than 5 miles away. This place always presents barriers to quality pizza and when you get a pizza it’s got round table ingredients and low quality, is cold, burnt or never delivered. Your better off driving to a different round table or ordering from a different pizza restaurant. Say NEXT to this place MASSIVE ?
Ordered on line for pick up. Asked for red sauce on the gourmet veggie pizza, but got creamy sauce instead. Pie was dry and underseasoned.
This makes the 6th time I have called them, in a row, at least an hour before they close at the latest (also called at normal dinner time on a weekend 3 times) and was told they don't deliver or are not delivering only pick up. Yet the website and search engines all say no contact delivery available. I continued to give this place chance after chance and I am finally tired of even trying. When I did get an order in the past they are usually missing any side sauce or sodas or anything you ask for. They are always over 60-90 minutes for delivery time and the food is usually cold. If it wasnt for a lack of quality pizza that delivers when you dont feel like going out I wouldnt have even kept giving them business. Its like an abusive relationship at this point. Maybe they"ve changed, they said they wouldnt do it again and they were sorry, it wasn't that bad last time....etc. Something is always wrong or they are always "busy and forgot" or "the person who took the order didnt write it down" andthey always ask if you'd like them to come back with it knowing you aren't going to wait another hour to eat for crushed red peppers or a drink. Once I said yes, knowing I wasn't going to need it at that point, just to see the look on the guys face. He looked like he was 6 and I told him his birthday was canceled. Best Parmigian cheese I ever didn't eat. Avoid this place like it's trying to talk to you about your cars extended warranty.

If Mark is the current manager, do not work for him. How do you give a person a write up about scheduling and approve a assistant manager to give the same person a write up that contradicts the original write up, knowing we agreed that my schedule would be the same due to me having 3 jobs. This location is not professional. Don't support this business location
Pizzas were tasty and well prepared. BIG COMPLIMENT to manager P*t**c** who managed a DIFFICULT issue with our 7-person party from out of state who did not know the local COVID requirements for validation of ID and vaccinations. At 3:00 in the afternoon. We were the only guests in the restaurant, however the rules guidelines are the guidelines. Manager P*t offered options for packing the order for TO GO.. Great to see gentle, firm, decisive leadership in a difficult situation. We enjoyed our pizzas in a different location and out of state guests enjoyed time in our lovely state.
Got there after waiting past the recommended arrival time to pick up my pizza, it wasn't ready, the place was a disaster with pizza boxes piled up tlup to the top of the serve window. The manager was yelling at his staff to stop taking orders and the phone was ringing non stop while he complained in for everyone to hear that the staff was missing pizzas and getting everything wrong.he was clearly the problem. Finally got the pizza after a 10minutr wait got home to find the pizza half cooked, thankfully I have a convection oven and finished it myself ...pathetic, This place needs an intervention.
King Arthur Supreme is a really good pizza.
I sat in my car and called in. There is a huge glass window so I can see inside. A male answered the phone. I could see him take his time until the last ring then answers. When he did he sounds so irritated, I could see his body language confirm it. I told him I ordered online however no confirmation was sent. He asked what was it for. I then explained my order. He put me on hold, I could see him walk away. They phone did the ring to let the employee know that someone is still on hold. He then came back and said that he didn't see that order. Of course you didn't you never looked at the computer. Turns out it was there, a extra large pepperoni. Just sitting there. The kicker part of it all, it wasn't even busy.
Use to love going here growing up. But prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and now require vaccine cards...I'll find a new pizza place.
