Decent food and selection....Rude front register/waitress lady. She is impatient and snippy.Definitely not needed especially since they weren't even busy.....I would have walked out but I had put in my food order. I wanted Boba but she was so rude I said nevermind...this is why I came in.Just trying to support local businesses.....No wonder they are looking for more people....she needs to just bus tables instead of speaking to customers.
A little slower than usual but it was dinner time. Cashiers were very nice and helpful. Knew what they were doing

Went 4 lunch 2day at Rice Bowl....ordered a green tea/strawberry didn't really like the taste after 1 sip....I asked the waitress if I could exchange it 4 the black tea she told me no......we received r food...the coconut shrimp had a piece of hair ...that spoiled the whole meal....we told the waitress we couldn't eat the other food....she would not give us a refund....I will never eat there again in my life....and would not recommend this place 2 anyone.....
LOVE their coconut milk boba tea. My daughter also really likes their boba drinks. 4 stars instead of 5 just because we went during a meal time for our first visit and had to wait a super long time for our drink order. The other time we went, it wasn't as bad.
