The food quality and service at this particular location is consistently terrible. I wouldn’t continue to go if the other location wasn’t an additional 20 minutes away.The sauces I picked on both order’s were missing. The mashed potatoes on one of my orders were missing. Neither order contained utensils for the mashed potatoes.When the cashier handed me the missing mashed potatoes it was covered in mashed potatoes and gravy.The shrimp in my order was over battered and over cooked. The shrimp was so over cooked they were not edible. It was basically shrimp jerky.There really needs to be something done corporate wise to bring the quality of this franchise location up to par.Shown are basically the salad shrimp they coated in flour to the appear bigger and the said batter that I picked off.
The Chicken was so frkn delicious and hot and fresh! Mashed Potatoes and gravy were delish. Mac n Cheese was good, but topping was hard. Red Beans and Rice were on point and soooo good! I went through drive thru and got home to realize, no bisquits (my favorite part!) I was looking forward to trying the Beignets. I have visited New Orleans and had a real Beignets, these aren't Beignets, these are doughy gross and mushy. And where is the powdered sugar??! There were also crusty old fries mixed in, yum!! I paid $50.00 for an 8 piece meal...Feel kinda ripped.off!
This is less about this particular store, but Popeyes as a whole, the price for their food vs their portions is outright exorbitant, they seem to have the same labor crunch as everyone else and appear to fear paying a truly competitive wage, which should be doable considering how they skimp on their portions and charge 20% more than the next chicken place
My order was incorrect food was sloppy and unappealing it did not look fresh I actually did not eat any of it and ended up throwing it out because I did not have time to go back I do not think I will return anytime soon.
The service in this store is so slow that I have been waiting for half an hour without anyone to place an order.
If you got half a day to wait, then this is the place for you. Waited 30 min before i went to ask about my order then waited another 10

Been there 3 times and came away each time disappointed. Drive through is incredibly slow and food is mediocre. Will not go again.
Extremely slow. Wasted 2 HOURS in the drive through. Unbelievable!!!!
