Never having been to a papa Murphy's before I didn't know they do not bake the pizza at all for you. And with that this location is terrible about speed. 30minutes to assemble an UNCOOKED PIZZA for me to then have to go home and cook it and wait again... If you want your "ready to bake" pizza fast do not go here. For the price of what I received/the service it was not at all worth the money the few measley dollars I saved "baking it at home" just order pizza from a normal pizzería it's actually faster and it's already cooked for you.
This site was very helpful and respectful. We had a very bad interaction at the Brentwood site!!! The man was extremely rude my daughter asked for help and he said it I don't have time to help you either order or leave!!! Made her very upset and crying!!! We put in a complained about the Brentwood store name and numbers but I don't think anything's going to happen!! No excuse to be that rude!!!
My mother went to go pick up an online order we had made and was completely ignore upon entering. No big deal, what if they were busy? Nope, someone else came in and my mom moved over a bit thinking he needed to stand in line to order. The other worker who was there went straight up to him and started to help him. My mom then stated she was there first and to please just give her the already paid for pizza. The guy who was being helped started to yell and tell the worker to ignore my mom and give him his pizza. There was a back and forth between my mom and the guy and in the end the guy got his stuff and decided he was going to sit outside and try to wait for my mom. Staff was going to do nothing to help. Ignored everything that was happening until she was going to make a complaint. The manager ended up walking her to her car. Worst experience ever and will never ever ever be back.
I don't go very often but always had a good experience until now. I'm sure the owners are doing their best considering the pandemic. The food is good but that is where it ends. The employees are lifeless if not downright rude. I questioned the price thinking I had seen it cheaper online and was pretty much ignored until I figured it out myself. I did acknowledge my mistake but was still ignored. A woman ordered online 2 hours prior and still had to wait another hour. A man was there when I got there and was still there when I left because they forgot his order. A woman ordered 2 pizzas and was given 1 because they forgot the 2nd one. While I was there maybe 10 people came through and not one left happy. And yes, the place is dirty and dingy and they don't answer their phone. Maybe some soft, cheerful music to liven up the employee's attitude.
It should be against the law the owner got these people in here working while it’s 90+ degree outside, with no air Air conditioner, fan or nothing. I come here 2 to 3 times a week and every time it’s no air circulate through.
I use your pizza and add my toppings. It's better than a $40 pizza
Called in my order at 6:55pm it’s 8:28 and I still have not received my order. Everyone work in the store is underage with no adult supervision. The are not cleaning as they go the work area is a mess. The manager came in spoke to the staff in an unprofessional manner. In the middle of finally making my pizza the manger stop closed out the register then go back to making the pizza with no gloves, take his phone out his pants pocket makes a call back to making pizza never changing his gloves. ?
Beats almost all of the pizza places. Update: Five months ago I ordered a pizza online for pickup. It was a special that included chicken. When I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken and asked if I'd like something else. I said no, just issue a refund back to my credit card. They never did.
Check your order! They can't seem to get the orders right, no matter how simple!! They hand you one item, thinking that's it, when there's 4 items that were purchased. They don't look at the receipt to make sure you have everything. Even the toppings on the pizza, there always seems to be something missing! Management or oversight is severely needed.
