Food is usually cold. Had to get two refunds in the same day. The app glitched and put a double order in for the exact same thing and price them out. I’m already inconvenienced with having to wait on my lunch break for a refund and then when I get my food it was cold as well. So I got double charged and was given cold food….and I’m still hungry because I wasted my entire lunch break dealing with panda people

Food is always consistent, the Kung Pao chicken and chow mein is my personal addiction, although I've eaten about everything on the menu and it's all good.Only negative thing, is they sometimes forget the sauce on the Teriyaki Chicken so check before you're out the door.

The servers are usually nice but lately and this is the second time and I told my daughter it most likely could happen because it's the weekend and they rush, but her outside dough of her orange chicken was raw. Last time the whole thing was underdone. I actually forgot to call corporate to tell them and this is reminding me. So I'm glad I treated it because someone had to get this restaurant together.

They give you less portions here than Antioch. So drive a little farther, get more food, and don't even have to go in because they have a drive through. It will be well worth it. They don't even give you a small sample in your plate if you ask. The girl dishing out food was very rude and unhelpful. Won't be going here again. This is why I hate getting food in richer areas. Always more expensive and less portions. Learned my lesson. for sure. Hope this helps.

I ordered family feast and its so frustrating. Some of the containers are half-way full. Its better to order in person so you can see what their doing. I paid $67 for 1 family feast thru uber which include tax tip and delivery fee.

Panda Express is great. Well except this time the fried rice had no flavor. But all an all it's great.

Online order, showed up on time order not even started. Literally twenty boxes on the counter waiting for chow mein. Stood in store for an additional fifteen minutes. Finally got my food and considered it a one off... Let's flash forward a few weeks. Go in again. Order in person, lady starting orders d incredibly rude. Threw my order in the box and slammed it down the line. Three people ahead of me all had issues with their orders. So they are juggling orders around like hot potatoes. Mine gets thrown in the mix somehow and lost. They remake it. I asked for two chicken rolls... That was a major inconvenience for the cashier.... Long story short, got a box of rice which I never wanted and no meat with one spring roll....never again....never again. I'd be suprised if they even monitor their reviews. My advice, clean the house and start over. No one has it under control here.

I am currently sitting here dining in with my kids and must say, the staff working this crazy dinner rush is AMAZING! The young lady in the front handling the food, orders and register is organized, kind but fast. I also noticed a gentleman offering drinks to customers waiting for online orders: keep it up! You guys are killing it! I normally avoid rush hours at Panda due to poor service or stressed environments (which I get) but still,.. I am impressed tonight.

Good food but a little pricey. Very busy at times. Can order ahead and pick up.

This specific Panda Express always tastes different, in a bad way, compared to other locations. Each time I visit their food is cooked differently and never tastes as good. Additionally, their customer service is not that great. Usually pretty busy, and they don't have a good way of handling many guests.
