While initially not a big fan, my mother's love of their greens. got me to order food. This is not by any means gourmet authentic Chinese food. It is mass-produced for the American palate. The teriyaki chicken is served in large chunks, that you will need to cut up. In general it is a fairly decent place to eat, when I have a sudden hankering for noodles. they are actually is pretty good.
Upon arrival at the drive through, I experienced the worst customer service ever by worker Liliana M. She practically "threw" my food at me and then proceeded to verbally state "everything is in the bag". I was really taken back by this rude statement and extremely rushed attitude, so I asked, "what is everything?" She then verbally stated, "whatever you ordered" and then walked away and the window closed. She never once greeted me professionally or thanked me for coming, nor did she ask if there was anything else I needed. This is the 3rd time I have been here and received horrible customer service! I will never return to another Panda Express. I really hope someone speaks with the staff there and educates them on proper customer service/treatment.
This is the most chaotic Panda I've ever been to! Drive thru had my order correct on the screen and went to pay. Charged $14 instead of the usual $22 and we mentioned it seemed incorrect but was reassured everything was fine. There was a 2 entrée plate missing and they wouldn't correct it at the window so we went around front as directed. After waiting 10 minutes we went inside. We were told we needed face masks... hence going through the drive thru. So after a little back and forth I paid for thier mess up and received my plate which had nothing on it that I ordered. I pointed this out and Lily made a side comment to her coworker something about me... "the white lady* not sure why that had anything to do with wanting the plate I purchased but ok. Lily was rude and practically threw the correct order at my boyfriend. Obviously we will NOT be returning.
Saw a man getting rejected from ordering food because he lost his mask outside. He asked for a mask to order food and denied him. This panda would have left him starving to death because of a mask…What has the world come to? This location has lost compassion for people. The owner will respond and give the usual pathetic COVID script apology. I’m not buying from here again
I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the food. I know it's a fast food joint but some pieces were still cold from being previously frozen.I prefer to go to a local ma and pa shop and decided to try panda. It's pretty much what I expected. Just a little disappointed that my food wasn't thoroughly heated through.
We ordered 2 plates with 2 entrees and 1 side. I got 3 pieces of orange chicken, medium size at best and 5 small pieces of sesame chicken. The other plate had green bean chicken and Kung pao chicken. Way more green beans than chicken and the Kung pao may as well been veggies only because there were 3 small pieces of chicken. I wanted steamed veggies but they were out.... they were probably out because that's all they were giving when it should have been meat. Both plates were so skimpy on the rice and chow mein that it was ridiculous. $19 for this rip off is why I won't come back, at least to this location. This was the 4th chance I've given this location... we won't be returning.
Terrible today. Fried rice was to greasy to eat. The walnut chicken wasn't up to par either. Went back in. Gal wasn't pleasant about it. Gave us begrudgingly one little order of steamed rice. My grandson just threw his away. I didn't appreciate because it wasn't cheap!
Ordered string bean chicken got kung pao chicken. Total order came to $18.44, gave them $20.45. First change back was 1 cent. I told her I gave you $20.45; she then gave me $1 more. Again I told her I gave you $20.45. The change should be $2.01. She called the manager who gave me change of $1.55. I informed them again I gave them $20.45 and their response was “sir we put the numbers in the calculator and that’s what came out; so it has to be right because it came from the calculator.” They would have got 2 stars for getting the order wrong. They get 1 star for flunking basic arithmetic. I guess the two go hand in hand.
Very good food. Always hot.
Did the drive-thru; rude order taker, food tasted like it had been sitting on the burner all day, portion was small, also.
