This is our 3rd time at this location within the past 2 weeks. We enjoy the Hot Coffee, Mocha Frappe (no whip), and the French Fries!
Twenty minutes to order, twenty minutes to get it, no french fry was longer than a half inch, so much for fast food.
I ordered a chocolate shake. I watched the person make a vanilla shake. I said to her I asked for chocolate. she looked me in my face and said this is chocolate. I looked at her and said, "Don't play with me when I am spending my money. She goes back to make the chocolate shake and has an attitude when she brings me the correct shake, and yes, I called in about the poor service. I have not been back since. plus side The Habit is the driveway before McDonald's, so they get my money. I don't pay for bad service
So this rating is because of the customer service. The lady at the 2nd window/handing us our order was rude. No they weren't extremely busy and it was early 8:30isham
Its open 24hrs but they stop serving lunch at 230am. So don't go thinking your gonna get a burger and some fries lol your not
This location has improved greatly in recent months, both food quality and service is great now!
This particular McDonald's the service is not good. They often miss parts of your order. When you get to the window to pick up your good they have it hanging out of the window. They almost throw it at you and they NEVER SAY THANK YOU. I've gotten home twice and missed items. If you go back they question you and act mad like you are Lying! So much that I wanted to write corporate one time over a Breakfast Burrito! It's the store on Mahogany Way in Antioch, Ca. Im a Customer Service person. The level has gone way down!
One of the better McDonalds, as in freshness. But always busy comes with that.
Ordered a happy meal for my grandson, apples were brown and the little box of fries ? Literally 10 pieces of fries and little broken pieces of it . Which I'm surprised usually not like this at all. Went back in to get a new bag of apples and alot of the apples were brown in the fridge, the employee apologized and was very nice about it.
This is not the first time this has happened. Went through the drive thru & ordered a quarter pounder no cheese, medium fries no salt medium coke. They got the coke & fries correct but my burger had double patties & 2 slices of cheese. I could not eat it but my dog did. I didn't check my order at the window but they obviously don't check either.Not the first time.
