If I could give them 0 stars I would but goofle requires you to at least put one star. But the service here was Horrible! Every time we come here late at night they always make us fresh cookies when we order it. However, tonight?! They werent interested at all. The worker that was placing our ordered confirmed that we can order a cookie tote then someone else comes on the intercom and says Sorry our oven is not working. Then my husband says is it actually because you guys are closing and she said yes shes cleaning it. But why would she be cleaning it if she JUST said the ovens not working? Do better McDonalds and hire people that actually want to do their job. Your co-worker got caught in a lie and basically admitted that she did not want to bake the cookies that usually takes 5 minutes and it was JUST 15 min before closing time. How lazy and sad. And this is not the first time. They never want to make ice cream, shakes or frappes at night but I dont see anywhere on any McDonalds website or policy that you guys aren't allowed to make it at a certain time at night. Like I said, Do Better or just shut the whole McDonalds down on Deer Valley in Antioch, CA!!! This is going on yelp too ! I already reported to the McDonalds Website, so until its taken care of, you’ll continue receiving bad reviews from me and other people.
Manager and their employees are super aggressive and steal. I had placed a mobile order through the app, paid, arrived, then got into the drive-thru lane which I gave my code for the order and they told me to go straight past the first window. So I do. Then I get to the window and she is telling me that I didn’t pay. I keep trying to show her my phone and receipt, but every time she just mumbled something to her manager who gets super aggressive with me trying to tell me I need to pay again. People start honking, so I just pay. Then I look at the receipt and it’s $3+ more than what is was supposed to be. Then I went to inside. The manager Denise, I keep trying to explain that it’s $3 more and that I’ve paid. I keep trying to show her my phone receipt and my bank receipt. She won’t. She just gets more and more aggressive that I didn’t feel safe being there. They were not even busy, so I don’t understand. I’m pretty sure there is scheme going on and the manager Denise is stealing from customers she can be aggressive enough with.

I live right around the corner my children and I come here almost every day and get frappes also I have five daughters that do doordash and also once in a while I do doordash on the side and they are very accommodating and they work with us very well this is one of the best McDonald's in Antioch props to all their staff they might mess up sometimes but who doesn't I've got more rights the wrongs in this place have a good day
Their drive thru is fast and the food is consistently good from this location.

I seldom eat McDonald's. When I do I like a well done English muffin on my suasage mc muffin with egg. They made it perfect....no pull over to the side or one of that and it was lunch time. The two people helped me were very friendly and making the best of their day.
Drive-thru is usually fast. I recommend checking your dipping sauce for accuracy. Also, the chocolate milkshake sometimes doesn't have enough chocolate or something- looks like vanilla. Overall, they get the orders correct more than wrong and are fast.
There was a fly in my girlfriend's Big Mac. Don't come here they obviously have sanitary issues.
