I frequent this Jack-in-the-Box service is hospitable when you get home your order is jacked up on purpose that’s why it’s called Jack in the box because you never know what you’re getting when you go to a place like this! They act real nice but deliberately mess your order up they have never gotten more order right on purpose I will start using the other neighborhood Jack-in-the-Box and wait in line at least they take their time and get your order correct all the women in this place need to be fired!!!!
Hadn't been to Jack in the Box in about 3 years. We went for a fast breakfast and surprisingly food was very good.Staff very friendly.
Sat at the drive through window for 15 minutes as a huge line formed behind us to then finally be informed with the rudest voice that they were closed
Unfortunately, not our best Jack visit. My Burger and I rings were great. My poor husband had overly cooked curly fries and, his ultimate bacon cheeseburger was a big disappointment ??.
So my boyfriend and I go to Jack In The Box usually once or twice on the weekend for dinner this time but awful I'm so sorry to say this this is my ultimate place to eat but we had a most awful experience ever we sat in line for a half an hour over a half an hour when we finally got up to the window it took the girl three different times to give us three different bags she wasn't friendly didn't say thank you didn't say anything really unfriendly girl don't know that I'll be going back with my boyfriend for my night dinner anytime soon
We placed our order. When we got to the window and our "bag" only had 1 of our 2 sandwiches. She forgot the second sandwich and our drinks. She blamed us because she didn't add it. Now she could have been doing to many things but she was snotty and arrogant! We have 3 Jack in the Boxes in town so not a problem to shop at the other stores. Its been a really long time since I have been exposed to such rudeness. Should have taken her name!
Last couple of times I went late night it took about 3 mins for someone to answer and I was the only person in line at the drive thru. Just last night I was there for 5 mins and no answer. Went the drive around and just saw someone standing their on their phone. This place is a joke with lazy workers. If you can go to the one on Lone Tree near the Walmart. WAY better service.
They was closed in the middle of the day.No Service me and my family ? ❤ was hungry so I just went home ? and Cooked us a good ? home ? Cooked meal ? but no thank you Jack In the Box
Homemade sign saying that close from 9:30 pm to 6am? Someone answered there open my first order was a shake and of course it’s broken. Always
No complaints good service and typical fast food
