NOT a place for vegetarians. There is absolutely NOTHING for us. Most places at least have a few options. Nope not Jack n the box. It's a shame too because they are one of the few places open late. I would go there all the time if they had something we could eat. When they decide to get with the times and offer a vegetarian selection, like most places now, then they will get my business.
Didn’t complete our order correct went to get the order fixed because they forgot to charge for an item we order beside making other items incorrectly we informed we would need to get back into line to get the egg rolls we order. Mind you 15 more minutes had passed and the line was to the street
I went to this restaurant and the lady was in the fryer was touching her phone with her hands and she didn't wear gloves on it,was 2 team leader with her and after that she grave a bag of lettuce and took son eggs rolls with the dirty hand that she touch the phone, that's was a contamination and the team leaders did not do anything about it.
Went 2/22/2022 and they didn’t give me my order complete again. I have a big family so I order multiple items and sadly ONCE AGAIN items where missing. I can’t go thru all five bags counting each thing because I am holding the line for them so I go my way. I never go back to get the items but today was the last straw. I went back and told them about it and to please throw in some churros for making me come back. Well they denied I existed, they said I was lying and that I was not gona get anything. The original guy from the drive thru came back and remembered me. He finally said who put the order in the bags and stupid lady was the one giving me a hard time. This whole time they had the rest of the order there and knew they had done something wrong because of the extra food they had. I told them sorry that I was upset and that what can be done so this does not happen again. Her words “ this happens to us all the time it’s ok”
I just didn't like how dirty the drive thru was & parking lot had homeless people soliciting and sleeping in parking lot. Foods OK and line moves pretty quick.
We waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through with only a couple cars ahead of us. The service was so very slow.
Order was completely wrong. They were nice and fixed it but the replacement was not much better than the original mistake. I will avoid this location from now on.
Amazing! This restaurant was fabulous! Their staffs were very helpful and accommodating. It melts my precious heart. I feel the happiness of the food He made. I am very grateful to Him for providing us great food.
Really not good like Jack in the box has been in the past at other locations they give me loose lid drinks and Oreo milkshakes with almost no Oreo tastes like a vanilla and the fries seem to be cold a lot faster so I really only do this Jack in the box when it's late and I have to
Food had perfect amount of grease. The homeless guy with a huge tree branch waving at side of truck trying to get my attention scared the bajesus outta me but hey it was a full moon and I needed my Jack in the Box Tacos lol !
