I was injured trying to escape a giant bug on my sons back which I believe the tall male waitress put there because my 4 kids kept requesting their one free refill of pancakes (mind you it was supposed to be all you can eat) after 2 hours of waiting we just gave up and they left. I was over charged for meat four times on my receipt that we never got. Again the tall male waitress added the charges back after the female waitress took it off. Then he laughed when I told him how disappointed I was with the service we received. All while the manager (female) knew because she was the only waitress besides the young girl who'd just started a week prior. They can't keep their employees and now they've just lost a good customer. I'm not hard to please. I paid while others walked out on their bill because the service was really that bad and only five tables were there with customers out of the entire restaurant. Sad, they have yet to respond to my email complaint on the BBB website.
The service was good but the food wasn't. Pancakes, sausage, hash browns, eggs.... All room temp as if it had been sitting for a long time. Very disappointed.

As told to sit anywhere qhen we arrived. Waited 13 minutes and no one approached us or gave us a menu so we went to grab our own menu and another 10 for no service. We left. It looked like they were understaffed today.
Denny's, as always, has awesome food, but this one had great customer service as well. Friendly and down to earth staff.
the meal I had Hit the spot I had a chicken dinner with mushrooms and broccoli and garlic bread and rice, was very delicious, went with Mom and Dad, and my Nephew. Tasty and left me wanting more,it was so tasty.
Not sure if it was an off day but the food was terrible. I ordered a turkey melt, and asked for a different cheese. Not only was the cheese not changed it wasn't melted. None of our other special requests were honored. Food sat in my stomach like cement all day, upset stomach. Food took forever to get to us at 1:00 on a weekday when restaurant was mostly empty. Don't blame server, need new kitchen staff.
I use to love Dennys but that has all changed. Their management is horrible. They don't care about your requests on how you want your food cooked. They just do what they want and won't apologize for their mess up.

He was so pleasant and professional. I know it's there job but to work all the tables alone and still be so polite and have a smile on his face is wonderful! We didn't get his name, thus the reason I stated the time and date.
