Save your money and go anywhere else! I love dairy queen, and the couple that used to run this spot were amazing. Fast and friendly service, good food, and fair prices.It's changed ownership or management though and has gone down hill fast. Service is non-existent and even though more people staffed, operates slower.I understand inflation, but if you raise the prices at least maintain some sense of quality please.My husbands burger had onion rings on it that looked a day old. No seasoning. Over cooked and rubbery meat.My burger had no seasoning, dry over cooked meat with a funny taste. I couldn't even finish it.The fries were greasy and soggy.We spent $35 to throw our food in the garbage. After a long day at work, there's nothing more frustrating than having to throw away your dinner. We won't be back.
This was absolutely the worst Dairy Queen we have ever been too. Service was extremely slow (literally saw one of the workers poking at a fly through the window and some dancing) (approx 30 min wait). How in the ____ do you not have ice cream, aren’t you a Dairy Queen? And the food we finally received was cold and the burger was dry and had absolutely no flavor. $21 wasted.Proceeded to go Wendy’s. The dogs at least had treats for the night.
We only ordered ocean but eve one was happy, we sample a cookie dough blizzard (dough was a little stale tasting), vanilla cones with sprinkles and banana milkshake. We’d come back, and know why to expect. Zero shade at outside tables.
Bad customer service. After asking for a single double cheeseburger and fries from the two for $4 menu and even pointing to it. She told me to pick the same item from the main menu behind her (#9 on that menu). I said, but it doesn't look the same and that has two and three patties, plus I want just one. She said "do you want a combo or single?". I'm like, just the fries. After the rest of my family orders and she gives me the total, I asked if she gave me the $4 price. She claimed no, because you didn't order that. WHAT!? I pointed at the menu and even told her it only had one patty like I wanted, but she wanted to screw me so she over-charged me. Then as further punishment, she dispatched three families behind us and called them for their food BEFORE calling us (we had very little). Don't come to this place with uneducated children.
Wasn't as good as I remembered. Staff was polite and efficient. Kind of took long to get my order. Also....the frier not working so just blizzards and ice creams were available
Me and my family went to this place around 4 o’clock they have excellent service really friendly and they really help us a lot with our choice of menu and I do recommend this place for everybody I want to try some blizzards shakes and some good burgers

Food is always good, wait times vary depending on the line and the staff are always friendly. Only drawback is the waiting area tends to get packed because people have to stand near where you order so they can hear their order number.
Excellent service. They have the best soft serve in the area.
Been coming here since I was a kid for Dilly Bars and Blizzards. Just a walk up window and some tables to sit at outside.
