I've been here twice and have been extremely disappointed. First time I went for a Friday dinner, asked for a steak medium rare and got a hockey puck instead. Today, I come in at 4:00 with my fiance and we both order a 6-oz steak and soup, and waited for 45 minutes. Nothing. There wasn't even a manager around to complain to. Done with this place.
Took our grandkids here for his birthday, it was horrible, every bugar patty was WAY OVER cooked. I sent back.my chicken sandwich, it was so dry it had no taste , they didn't dress the buns so everything we had was DRY. And fries were old. The worse food ever the fries were over cooked DONE WITH CHILIS FOREVER..
Nice waitress but she was rushed, terrible food service chicken was cooked little too much and was hard to chew and digest. We were table of six and it was long wait had to wait a long time to order the meals too. It was busy and people were not being seated soon so we waited. Nice view of my. Diablo there out front at Chili's restaurant. It was ok after all but took a whole. Three stars. They could do better!
Server tried her best, but I had to retrun two items because they were not as ordered and it took our server three attemps before getting our ticket right. The rice that was part of my meal was super dry.
Avoid at all costs. FOOD is terrible. Cold and greasy and poorly prepared. Ordered online and got home and order was wrong, no biggie called and they took the order again. Got the food a second time and it was correct but gross and soggy. Bacon was soggy and under cooked pure fat on my burger. Yuk. Crispers cold soggy and this was made fresh a second time. Save your time and money.
Kids menu I asked for well done, kept calling no one answered. It’s difficult to get a hold of them. The rest of the order was a disappointment it’s just microwaved food food tossed in plastic containers

We went to the Bar we drank and ate. Food was good. They were a lil busy but fast. Will be coming back.
Dirty place with a lot of maintenance issues. To top it all the server added to our tip after we left the restaurant. We were traveling for work so we had our receipt and called to let them know. Not worth the risk to visit this location.
Hadn't been since pandemic. We went twice recently. The first time the food and service was great, which is why I ordered the same thing... Second time not so much, the steak was super dry and service was slow an inattentive. The only thing that remain that same was the $5 Jack Apple Margarita.
