I come to this location on a regular basis as I work in the area. Normally they have excellent service and I get exactly what I asked for but, in this particular instance the teenage children that you have running your restaurant gave me, a medium french fry with no salt instead of the small french fry with extra salt that I asked for. I stated that I wanted a small fry with extra salt three different times as it was not repeated back to me, not once, by the person taking my order.
You get what you pay for, but able to get a decent hamburger, but the prices are aligned with what you order.
BK Overall is amazing, but here you can tell they don't have love when they make the food.
Our food was good we had a coupon for chicken sandwiches. But we were going to order hamburgers but they were out of beef! That’s crazy!
It's a clean place.Food was good. My husbands ? were hot! There is nothing better than an order of hot fries! His chicken sandwich was great! Not long wait for food. Cashier was friendly.I took one star away because my food was a little cold.My husbands food was hot, mine cold. How does that happen? Lol!I'd go here again, though.
Horrible horrible. Wish I could give 0.We usually never eat out and now I remember why. Fast food service sucks.Ordered through the online app. Got drinks 10mins before food so they were watered down. Since I ordered the mix n match it does not tell you what burger you ordered. I ordered for my6 kids so there were alot of burgers. They had to ask me what I ordered. I told them what I ordered, rushed looking through bags. I told the manager I was missing a QP, and 2 onion rings. Offered to give bags back so they could check and do their job. Handed me a QP and pretty much threw the bag of onion rings at me because someone fell asleep on the car behind me. Will NOT go here again. After I got home, I was still missing a burger.
This is the worst BK they never have anyone working the counter takes 30 mins just to order and that's inside with only one person in line smh there rude as hell take there sweet time then get mad at the customer for complaining to the manager the manger told us to go somewhere else to get food if we don't like it
It is a good place to take there I use the coupons to buy cheaper they get me in the mail
Just went there! Convenient bike parking right in front plus the food was fresher than most burgerjoints in the area! Lettuce crisp! Dude behind the counter was really sweet and pleasant- everything you want the customer service to be 100%. 2:40pm 1/12/22 Give your staff a hoot hoot guys. Foods good and service is excellent ?
Polite professional employees.Hot delicious and fresh food.There were beautiful tomatoes on my sandwiches.Very happy. 10/10 would definitely come back.
