Several years ago I ate there and the utensils were so dirty that you couldn't eat off of them, I told the waitress and she said the dishwasher was broke ?So how do I know if the utensils are clean then ? Germ free ?Today I ordered a steak and two mashed potatoes through Doordash, all I got was the steak ?I called and talked to some foreign lady that hardly spoke English she didn't understand anything about it, couldn't find my order, and then all the sudden remembered the two mashed potatoes with the steak but doesn't know what happened ?I guess I should have remembered my experience from a few years ago because I'll never ever eat at Applebee's again or recommend them to anybody !!!
Poor service. Waited to be seated and ended up seating myself at the bar area, only to be ignored and never acknowledged. Asked to speak with manager (Lacey) she was apathetic and disinterested in resolving the obvious issue. This place needs to be either closed or re-organized with a staff who wants to work. Unprofessional and not clean.
They don’t deserve even one star, It was fully bad service, restaurant itself, everything. So me and my husband went there to have lunch for my first time, when we just entered the restaurant looks nice but it has a bad smell omg, okay we stayed we ordered food the service was slow and bad we ordered four cheese mac, it was very bad and at night we got very sick and our stomachs hurting
When I went there with a friend at about 8 pm, we saw a family of 4, a man, his wife with 2 small children who were visiting from out of state, being refused service because they weren't in possession of a vaccine card. But when I looked inside the restaurant, there was all of 10 guest that were scattered in different sections of the establishment. There was enough room for that family to have a meal without any disruptions or disturbances to any other patrons within the restaurant. I could be wrong but I feel that was shameful, especially refusing children. So Applebee's is off the list for my dining.
Great service, but just terrible food and drinks. Avoid this place at all costs. There's plenty of better options nearby. Never again.
Well, I ordered on line for pick up inside (they stop car, service after 9:00pm).......BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! There was practically NO close parking spaces. Then inside, didn't get the attention of an employee for about 10 minutes. The place was PACKED! A girl did acknowledge that my order was still being worked on. Still sitting here for another 20 or so minutes. NO MORE EVER Will I patronize this ZOO!!!!!! Looks like they may have mixed up my order!!!
This Applebees is always playin sports which is nice and all the servers Ive had here have been very attentive. The foods pretty good solid family restaurant/sports bar quality
Oh boy, there this salad I totally love it's the oriental chicken salad, yummy for my tummy, big enough share. The service was great, and they are consistent. 5 stare in my book
If I could put 0 stars. I would. Our sever was nice. But the food was gross the steak was rubbery the chicken was dry and it was way over priced. There were dirty forks and napkins under our table the bathrooms were filthy. We will never eat there again.
Placed an order for pick up, food was great!! Buuuuut serviced sucked . Waitress was watching TV for about 5 mins before even bothering to see she had myself & two couples walk in waiting . One couple ended up just seating themselves.
