I couldn't understand what they were saying so I just took what they gave me. $16 for a dozen donuts. You tell me.
The donut were old. Hard in the middle and not fresh. I guess it’s cheap for a reason.

I know companies are desperate for employees with all that has happened with COVID-19, but at what point is competence required for the position held? When a customer places an order the order is not complete until all items have been received. I placed an order and immediately after payment I informed the clerk that I needed two additional glazed donuts. The clerk informed me that my order was complete and proceeded to assist a drive thru customer. I was also told that I would have to wait for the drive thru customer's order to be completed before she would assist me. How is this possible when I never left the counter? The clerk then proceeded to argue with me as I explained my order was incomplete. A clerk doesn't dictate to a customer when their order is complete, it's the other way around. This is a classic example of the type of employees that companies all too often hire these days. The employee was incompetent, rude, lazy and far too comfortable with her job. I've been to this establishment before and witnessed customers walk out due to lack of efficient service. Yum Yum needs to hire people that have a deep understanding of what common sense is. The employee is short with black hair and far too old to be so simple minded. Yum Yum is obviously her career choice and that's fine, but at least require that she do the job correctly or hire someone that can. The District Manager for this location needs to be fired. He is lazy, inefficient and has no appreciation for the position he holds. No surprise the employees are horrid.

I love me some donuts and trust me I try them wherever I go when I'm in the mood. This is by far the best place any where near me. Their donuts are fluffy and not dense. The service is great. They do make food to order so if you go through the drive through... Have patience. The men aren't too quick to serve you at night but the woman through the day are attentive.
Their was white pieces of plastic all over my drink! As i sipped one came put thaught no biggie till i got home and saw the drink in the light then realizes their all over dont know how many i ate but thats not good how does that even happen
