Absolutely terrible,I took my little cousin here recently, and one of the workers thought it was funny to try and convince her santa claus wasn’t real. She is 8 and this was very upsetting to her.

The customer service isn't that great and the workers always seem to have a negative attitude. The last time I went was when my nephew told the worker that there was a FLY in the toppings and she basically ignored it. I never saw her change the toppings that had the fly in it so I am never going again. The place just doesn't seem clean!

Terrible customer service, very limited selections, no fruit. A friend sent me an eGift card and the email I got from Yogurtland instructed me to download the app to redeem it. So I did and I visited the Anaheim Euclid Yogurtland. The cashier was having trouble scanning the app so she demanded that I call corporate in order to be able to redeem a$25 gift card that I had already loaded into the app. She gave me attitude and was very rude and impolite. So I call their corporate office to ask what was going on and I got a voicemail that I left a message on. Still have not heard back from them! The Cashier was so rude I will not be going back to that location. Awful customer service!
The rude girl working at 6:20pm on 2/14 needs to work on her communication and customer service skills. Not sure what her problem was but she was not friendly at all. The flavor Selection was also very slim and boring.
