Great bbq and steakhouse. The service was good. The atmosphere is nice. The food is great. Love the smashed sweet potatoes. The brisket and tri tip are good too. The salads and bread are good.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent environment. I will be back again real soon. Good home- comfort food. Pretty good selection of kids meals. Online wait list is a very nice feature.
Always a great meal. We love the spinach dip, it also comes with a good salsa, and chips, ot is a great way to start your dinner. My wife and I share the Large Tri tip dinner, we split the sides, baked potato and she likes the peanut cole slaw, so I add a half side salad. Enough to satisfy. And the BBQ sauce just Topps it off.
Always good at Wood Ranch! Great food, great drinks, very reasonable prices. This location has great staff and prompt service. Nice location for dinner and a movie with the theater across the parking lot.
Terrible customer service! Read the reviews before you waste your money here. I placed an online order around noon, for a 3:15 pickup. I arrived at 3:00, let them know I was there, by 3:25 still no service. I went inside only to be told they were out of the dessert I ordered! They were out of dessert by 3:00 in the afternoon!!! How many other customers were upset because they RAN OUT??? They asked if I wanted something else, I said I just wanted my money back. All the manager could say was sorry. This manager knew ZERO about customer service! I went home and wrote to Wood Ranch on their website. By the end of the following day, I had heard nothing from them. So I sent another message to the corporate executives. I received a reply from CEO Eric Anders who said he read my original complaint on the day I sent it, but just forwarded it on to a manager that would be off for a couple of days! Imagine a CEO that didn’t pick up the phone to find out why customers weren’t able to purchase a $7.95 dessert. Imagine a CEO that doesn’t pick up the phone and instruct that manager to call me back and make things right!! Clearly Wood Ranch has an atmosphere that does not put the customers first. Judging from their inflated prices, it appears profit comes first here! And with $6.00 gas and runaway inflation, Wood Ranch will soon be raising their prices even more. But their poor customer service will remain the same. Read the reviews. Their food is not the problem, their attitude towards customer service is. Spend your hard earned money wisely, choose a restaurant that cares for and respects their customers. Wood Ranch is NOT that restaurant.
Baby back ribs.5 star quantity. Above average taste.
I have eaten here often, for over a decade, and I have never once been disappointed! The food and service are excellent.
Best BBQ!! It's all so yummy! Service is always amazing!
This concept/location has been a go-to for us for the past 6 years. Our last visit - the first in 6 months, was sub-par. The service was very slow. There seemed to be an abundance of staff for the 10 or so occupied tables, but there seemed to be confusion as to whether we were there to eat or just occupy a booth. The food was just OK. Our salads were underdressed, which is better than being soggy, but everything just seemed a bit off.
I order Beef short ribs and Brisket. I received what appears to be pork ribs- just to be safe, they were discarded. I must say, the roasted broccoli was definitely my favorite item with this meal! The prices here are reasonable for bbq.
