I wasn't really into the wings I purchased 4 different flavors and wasn't impressed. Plus my fries were sweet ❌
It was my first time at this location. I will have to say I've never gotten better service or my food that fast at any Wingstop. Great job guys! I will be back for sure. Food was great too!
Must of the wings are no cooking well and the cashiers don be greater at all
Horrible, terrible Wingstop Location. Pretty much all Wingstops are terrible with their wait time. But this one here won the 1st price. Service is poor, no customer service oriented people whatsoever. I went to pick up a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11pm. I arrived at 10:57 pm and didn't receive my order until 11:39pm. They kept telling me it will be ready in 5 min ha-ha. All of the staff including the lead/supervisor were moving at turtle speed. They all kept walking in circles and ended up in the same place...not doing anything. People that had placed order over an hour ago over the phone or online had to still wait another 20, 30 min. Walk in customers were being told the wait time would be 45 min. Mind you they had 7 people working at that time. So don't think it was a short staff shift, just lazy workers. To top it all off they were handing out straws without wrappers with their dirty hands.
I ordered a family pack. Half our chicken was extra hardalmost like burnt. I had to peel off the outside just to get to the inside chicken. It was hard as well. There was even a few pieces i couldn't even eat.. Not all of the chicken had BBQ sauce on it. It was as if this was the end of the pot.
Took them almost 2 hours to place a door dash order for pickup. I'm less than 3 mins from them, and after waiting almost 2 hours I decided to go drive over there.The app said they're busier than normal... but the store was not when I arrived. There were tops 3 people in the store waiting total. Picked food up, one bag is torn, fries are soggy, wings are cold and ranch dressing is room temperature...First thing I noticed- the staff appears to be a bunch of high school kids.(16-20s) Gallivanting and laughing about their business- probably because the manager just went home sooo... meanwhile, when I arrive they are fumbling through over a dozen ordes on their pick-up shelf... at this point, it appears my food was sitting on the shelf for presumably an hour.I will never order from here again. If I want cold wings and soggy fries I'd buy it at the store and underheat it myself for less than $15....
Their classic wings with mango habanero sauce or atomic. they are good but for me not spicy at all. Good customer service.
As the food is usually always great I only give them 2 stars because everytime I order from here and get like a specific extra sauce on the side they ALWAYS forget to put it in the order. I know I should double check the order but come on guys everytime?!?! What’s the point of ordering extra sauces and charging me if you forget it everytime. Very disappointed. So just as a heads up double check your order everytime ladies and guys
Is a big place and even when is empty they still ask you to wait outsideThere's two homeless people outside always asking for money (at least the 2 times we went)I understand the rules about the pandemic but when the place is that big and empty there's no point to it plus some people picking up for delivery service that were not wearing mask yet we're not ask to so enforce some rules and some don't
