Growing up in Arlington,TX, we had Wichell's in Arlington in the 70s thru the mid 80s. May have been there in the 60s but not sure. It was our go to donut store until the location was bought out by Dunkin, at which time we switched to Shipleys Donuts down the road. Loved going in there with their giant wall of donut choices.
If you like hanging around cops this is the place for you. I pulled up and there was 6 cop cars and I counted 7 police. O and the donuts tasted like they were made yesterday. ?
Employees at this Winchell's are super friendly and hard working. They always greet me with a smile even when they are busy AF!We always stop by to grab some donuts for grandma. She loves their chocolate long John's and their fresh orange, carrot, and beet juice.Grandma approves so they give 5 stars!
This place makes bomb as bagel sandwiches, coffees always fresh and hot. Breakfast or Lunch they got you covered.
Donuts are delicious, and the service is nice and friendly. They have a large menu with many options, from donuts to sandwiches and drinks and obviously coffee. Wish I would have taken pictures of the donuts and menu but I was too excited choosing from the many options, I just forgot lol.
I went there in the evening and they had a great selection of donuts.
Used to stop by here for donuts frequently, until a few months ago when I ordered a dozen donuts and noticed that my entire dozen was covered in crawling ants. The display case of "fresh" donuts were also crawling with ants.Worst part, the staff didn't even flinch when I said something about it and continued selling contaminated product to other customers.
I called and placed a Doordash order and specifically said I didn’t want the sprinkle donut holes, that I wanted the glazed ones. They still gave me the sprinkle ones and when I called to complain they were rude and nonchalant. Basically, Oh well. Not ordering from here again.
Great service all the time i go to this place. The staff very friendly.
A lot of choices of donuts! Employees were nice.
