Horrible service. It's one thing to be tragically understaffed and stressed. It's another thing to refuse to acknowledge the customer when they've been waiting for 10mins to pick up an online order.I called to her many times. The chef kept looking at me refusing to say anything. It was deeply upsetting and I had to raise my voice at them to finally get them to address me.They throw the food at me and they completely made my order wrong.I'll never go back to that location.
The pork dumplings are delicious. I tried the Chicken bowl with veggies only instead of rice. Healthy pick.

This place looks dirty, and run down, I went in today around 11 o’clock there was a guy in uniform talking to someone in front of the store they both looked at me when I go inside there’s no one inside of the building I stayed there for about five minutes and then I left

Come here every so often. Chicken is good. The beef is flavorless.
I don't typically give negative reviews because I hate how it affects business but this place has consistently had poor food quality on top of getting orders incorrect. I think they just need better management or a new kitchen manager, I am an avid eater at waba grill and this location just never can get it right. I often times leave the gym and have to actually go out of my way to avoid this location, I will drive an additional 2- 4 miles to find another waba grill because of the lack of food quality. The only thing I've consistently had that meets up to the waba grill standard is the avocado, sorry waba but this location needs some help.
