Sandwiches are good. That's about it. Other items (drinks/donuts) are priced higher than local/Immediate options.
TL/DR Vandy doughnuts is perfection.I am gluten intolerant. I am 100% gluten free 90% of the time but I love doughnuts, specifically yeasted doughnuts and there are no good GF options in that category. So, on the rare occasion, I just can't get over the craving for a yeasted doughnut I need it to be spectacular because I'm choosing to feel AWFUL afterwards... It has to be worth it.We went to Vandy doughnuts today and OH WOW! Worth it. 100%. These are what should be considered role models for the classic doughnut. Lemon filled, cinnamon sugar, sprinkles, glazed. They are all done just perfectly. The bite, the chew, the toppings. I'm just glad I don't live in the area because it would be dangerous!Thank you, Vandy doughnuts, for a GREAT (and worth it) experience.

EXCELLENT ! Their donuts are perfect. They are NOT greasy, you can tell they keep their oil fresh on the donuts that need to be fried. Perfect amount of sugar,, just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. On all donuts the dough is light and fluffy and crispy. If you're looking for filled they do not scrimp on the filling whether it's custard or jelly. Highly recommend you check out this place. The outside is nothing to look at,CLEAN ! inside !, for it's in a small little strip mall next door to the Arco.

Very nice and clean location. I had one of their glazed and one of their devil's food with chocolate icing donuts. The glazed was good and had the traditional taste and texture. The devil's food was both good and interesting. It was also fried, but what seemed like only lightly fried to give the outside a slight crunch while the inside was moist and light.Definitely looking forward to visiting again when I am in the area.
I've been coming to this place for over a decade and their service is always great. If you go early morning you will get fresh crisp ? donuts everytime.
