Food was great drinks were good also

Heard so much about this restaurant and was giddy to try it at last. Ribs were flavorful, but not crazy good.Service was ok.The onion ring appetizer was nice, but the food was basic.

Came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and ordered a rack to baby back ribs and onion loaf to share. The last time I went to a Tony Roma's was more than 20 years ago. I must say, still the best baby ribs around.

If you want good ribs this is a joint got a full slab of ribs coleslaw is really good for mayonnaise bass and I don’t like mayonnaise-based coleslaw they also give you a ton of fries so if you ever in Anaheim California this is right down from Disneyland it’s awesome

DISAPPOINTING! I was a huge fan of Tony Roma’s in the ‘90s. The food was excellent. Then I haven’t seen one in my neighborhood for a long time. On a trip to Disneyland, I was so ecstatic to see a TR! Then came the disappointment…the famous onion loaf was colder as we peel down the spiral. The taste is like powdery substance on the fried batter. The original baby back ribs was BURNED and no sauce pan came along with it. The beef ribs were burned badly as well. Extremely disappointed! The only good thing is the potato skins taste the same as back then.

I worked for TR years ago. We had great food on a limited menu. Focused on what we did well. The food today, or a least at this location, was not as great. The service, was 3 star as well. I ordered Beef Ribs, we also had a sampler appetizer, Potato soup, shrimp scampi, and Baby Backs for my 11 year old. Service was sporadic. quick at times, slow sometimes. Soup came out lukewarm, it was a cool day today, we needed better. Bread was good, Ribs were 3.5. Scampi, about the same. I was given a birthday scoop of ice cream on the house. We used to do more than that, but that is not why am am giving 3 stars. My expectations were a little higher for $100 meal. (no alcohol).

I struggled between poor and average for this rating. In Oregon, where we used to have several Tony Roma's (went out of business) this was one of my favorite places to eat. So I was super excited and chose this for my birthday dinner. I will tell you why I decided on poor. Firstly, when we entered, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The host/hostess was not friendly at all. In fact, I wanted to ask if we had interrupted a TV program as they begrudgingly took us to our table. The waiter was cordial, but didn't really interact with us much. Again, we were one of maybe three tables in the whole place. I don't expect anyone to chat us up, but a simple "how are you tonight" or something along those lines is always nice. We ordered our food (which was way more expensive than I remember Tony Roma's being). The ribs were good. I remember having sauce options. or having sauces at the table? We weren't event asked if we wanted BBQ sauce. I guess what comes on the ribs is what you get. The mashed potatoes tasted like (and had the consistency of) potato flakes. Which I loved as a kid, but didn't expect to be served with a $35 plate of food. The green beans were okay. Nothing tasted fresh. For all I could tell, this came on a plastic tray, they microwaved it, then put it on a fancy plate. At the end of the meal I had most of my steak left. I asked if they had a plastic bag as I did not want to carry a box. The waiter promptly responded they don't have plastic bags only boxes. Okay...sorry I asked. But had that been me as a server, I would have said, "we don't have bags, but I could wrap it in saran wrap or aluminum foil for you. Would that work?" It was clear to me all of these people where here to perform a job for a paycheck and had no interest in being exceptionally good at it. I left very disappointed and was disappointed enough in the food and service that I felt that a review was in order. I guess Tony Roma's really is dead. For the price of the meal I would have liked to have felt like I was a guest, rather than an inconvenience.

We went here for supper while on vacation and my son had to stay at the hotel for his son got sick, so we ordered our meal and then I ordered a meal to take out for my son. The food was very good, very hot and served quickly, they were very busy with customers that night They do valet parking, but it is free if you have the card stamped by an employee in the restaurant. They kind of over charged me for the take out. I had ordered the steak meal with mashed potatoes times 2 in place of baked potato and veggie and add a side of shrimp. I got charged for the steak dinner and the shrimp dinner and the 2 sides of mashed potatoes, I could not bring this up with the manager for I did not notice it till we got back to our hotel room. My son enjoyed all of what he could eat. All in all it was a nice meal for all of us, would go back again when in the area

The waiter was great. The food was what you'd expect at a Tony Roma's. Near Disneyland and hotels on Harbor BLVD. Don't open until dinnertime.

The Ribs were good just across the street from Disneyland!
