Great experience, great food and outstanding service. First time at this location and it will not be our last. All of the food was outstanding. From the unique bread selection, several varieties all packaged up in one neat serving. To the outstanding bone-in filet and double baked potato, everything was wonderfully seasoned and well portioned.
I had so much fun on my last visit that I my wife and I returned to celebrate her return to work. We ordered the Delmonico steak and it was one of the most tender and flavorful cuts of beef we have ever tasted. The cocktails were fantastic, the pre-dinner bread was delightful, the tomato pasta was sweet and savory, and the lobster mac & cheese was rich and flavorful. We spent a bit more than we had planned, but we loved every part of this meal from the food to the atmosphere and service. Our server Jason was every bit as friendly and professional as we could hope for, and he helped us in selecting entrees and drinks that exceeded our expectations. If you want to celebrate a special occasion, The Ranch is quickly rising to the top of my list of truly special dining experiences in OC.
We had just an ok experience at the restaurant, for the prices it should have be outstanding. It just wasn't. A bit disappointed. We can from Texas to take our son and daughter in law to a great place to eat. The waiter kept reaching across the table and seem to catering to who he thought would pay the bill. Then when I paid he couldn't be nicer. He forgot my drink twice and seemed pre occupied. He catered to my daughter in law with the 10 blue cheese olives for her dirty martini thou. Food was just ok my fish was slightly under cooked and chicken dish was over cooked. The big steak plate at 165 was delicious my son said. After waiter gave us the bill he proceeded to scrape the crumbs off the table, as we were trying to have a conversation since we had not seen our son in a year. There seem to be several interrupting moments. Not sure we will be back next year. The four of us are for $546. We expected just a bit more professional services.
Just went last night to celebrate my engagement and it was worth every penny. Waiter was amazing, food was spectacular, and they even threw in a âcongratulationsâ dessert at the end of the night. I highly recommend and already planning to visit again soon.
We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. Everything was delicious and the service amazing.

The French Onion soup is beyond compare. The prime rib is outstanding and the cheesecake is out of this world.
First drink took a while to arrive but after that ever I went great. Staff worked with me on a personal message on our dessert as well. Overall nice place and great food.
