I ordered a Ham and a Turkey through them online, for Easter Sunday. Paid extra for express shipping to get it on time, still no ham or Turkey. I called and asked what they were going to do about it, and girl said nothing, that she wasn’t in charge of their shipping contacts. I ordered through them, they took my money, but they don’t want to except any accountability for their product. I’ll never buy from them again. A little concern and accountability to the customers would go a long way in my book. Guess they’re too big of a company to care.
WHAT I Ordered WAS NOT WHAT I GOT, So I came back today to get my right Sandwich, Ham,Turkey Bacon on Croissant it was great, not too excited about the Customer service. But since the sandwich was good with sides I will be back!

I have literally been buying from Honey baked for the last 15 yers. I spent 140.00 this thanksgiving and it was horrible. This year has been a disaster and I would not recommend them to anyone. They demand you buy for any discount 4 days ahead of the specific holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc), the coupons they give, even for multiple users, is ridiculous. Even the sides are not available if not pre-ordered. This is how a company succeeds in going out of business.
They have great ham , I waited 1/2 hour, believe there was a lot of people, happy Thanksgiving
The manager Daisy at this store needs a course in customer service and how to speak with customers. The staff is rude Don, in the shipping department hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I had until Monday November 15 to make changes to my order and when I called on Saturday November 13 they refused to make changes and were extremely rude on the phone.
The location is in the Toluca Lake area on 10106 Riverside Dr. in North Hollywood CA. We discovered this location during a morning stroll. We asked to be served at the sidewalk tables. We ordered an Original Rueben Pastrami and 3 fresh eggs breakfast and black coffee. The food was delicious and timely served that the sunny side up egg yolks were still hot. The Rueben sandwich would rank at par with a good NYC or Montreal Delicatessen. The coffee was great. Yes we did go back for a brunch.
It's always great quality best smoked, glazed and sliced breast. The service is always an awesome experience too. Never get tired of it for Thanksgiving and is totally the reason I will stand in line for how ever long it takes.
Great food. Wife had a Turkey sandwich and I had the Ham and Turkey salad. Since Coronavirus everything is to go. We get home and they didn't give me the dressing I ordered. Good service except for that.
This place had some seriously mouthwatering hot chicken! The spice level was on point with the right amount of crunchiness. What really made this an amazing sandwich was the slaw; all of it combined into one heavenly sandwich.
