I’ve going to this place for a few times, unfortunately last week I went and I order an blueberry muffin and it wasn’t good I told them to exchange for some other pastry or even to pay the difference for something else and they said no I was like okay the coffee is good even the employees from the morning shift said that they ate the muffin like that is just the color I’m like no it’s looks bad. Unfortunately I ain’t going back there very bad service ??
I was staying at the Residence Inn and this was a great place to pick an espresso drink before heading off to work. Staff was pleasant, quick and attentive. Parking is limited due to location.
Worst coffee bean ever. Took 3 tries to make a simple iced chai latte and they couldn’t get it right. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and it’s like this. Never returning
Visited on the morning of Expo West so it was very busy but the staff worked like a well oiled machine and my drink and sandwich were great!

I love their coffee. I'm giving them a 3 start because there is no parking available. It took me about 18 minutes to get a packing spot. They have the 15 min parking spaces, but people stay there forever
Accidentally spilled my drink and the employees were crazy upset about it. Stuff happens, don’t need to be rude to the customers for a spilled tea.
The employees spend more time talking about their lives at home than they do taking care of their customers. Will not ever go back.
This coffee place was delightful. I really enjoyed my iced peppermint mocha. I was greeted by Zoe and Elliot who made my experience exceptional and were patient with me when making my choices. They were very friendly and had excellent customer service.
