I would give no stars if I could. I waited for 15 minutes to order, which in itself is not bad, but when I told them I was there to pick up an order for uber they said "give me a few more minutes".About 30 minutes later, after they had helped every customer in the lobby (even ones after me) they asked me to come forward and asked "which order was it?" I told them the name and they said they didn't have it.I knew I had the right place but they wasted my time. Horrible customer service. Don't bother going.
The drinks are great but not enough employees to cover the busy hours. If your in the store during the time it's busy you will be ignored. They focus on the online orders vs those in the store. Waited 15 min before I gave up and left. Now I know to never order in store if I go to that location. Even after they were caught up thinking I was next, a new online order came in and I was ignored. They just kept saying I'll be right with you. They need a better system.
Great place for Thai tea, their yummy gummy is fantastic, and so is their strawberry and banana smoothie. There are a few locations around OC and they prepare their drinks slightly different from each other. Just be aware of that.
Really good with medium-sweet. However, they forgot my boba in one of my drinks

Super busy place with staff working hard! My drinks were a little too sweet. They didn't ask me & I forgot. I would come here again.

Their drinks always tastes so watered down compared to other tastea locations. Or they forget an ingredient or 2. I ordered the tiger milk tea but it was missing the brown sugar and creme brulee. They did fix the drink. But the same problem happened more than twice. Shame on me for coming back again, but this is definitely the last time.

I'm a fan of Tastee. I love that I can get a flavorful drink without boba!
