At this point in time I don't believe they can get an online order correct and in person.....well the language barrier makes for a slow process and a long line. The sandwich itself.....now nothing special and most ingredients taste not fresh.

I stopped by for lunch around 1pm on Tuesday. Sandwich was not good as real Subway Sandwich. It taste like old from day before. vegetables were old too. Didn't warmed up properly. other subways my type sandwich usually put for 30 sec. for 6 inch and 50 or 60 sec. for footlong.here, they didn't formality and put for 10 second only.yummy have different experience but this is my experience.

Worst customer service ever in my whole life. Isabel didn’t greet me or answer when I greeted her. I wish I could give this place 5 stars. The food was incredible, the prep guy knew what he was doing. The service was delightful, and the payment process was fast and simple. The only thing I must add for newcoming customers is to expect a very slow line. This place is usually packed on weekdays and not weekends, and sometimes it takes a while to get a 6-inch Grilled Chicken Breast sub. Just an example. In total it took about 30 minutes for me to get attended. No biggie, the food made up for it. Thank you for your service, Subway.
Great service veggies are always really really fresh
They got my entire order wrong. 2 toppings were missing from my sandwich. They had no chocolate chip cookies or lays so they substituted mine without telling me.
I've ordered online pick up twice from this subway with two super different experiences. The first time I ordered my favourite sandwich and it came as ordered. It was fresh and well made.The second time I ordered here I reordered the same sandwich (using the re-order option in their app) and it came completely different than ordered. When we picked up it was being held behind the counter and we had to stand in line to get it (when it's supposed to be available to grab and go). My sandwich when we got home was missing mayonnaise, green peppers, onions and olives. It came with tomatoes and parmesan that I didn't order. It was literally just a dry cheese sandwich with dry lettuce tomato and parmesan. The Lettuce was wilted with bad slimey brown bits in it.I tried to choke down half of it and threw the rest out. It was terrible.Super inconsistent service it seems depending on who is working ?
