It gets a little crazy and we would have loved a board to say when our order was ready (many people would shove in front since there wasn't really an actual line). However, the staff was great!
Came in at night, no more bakery items. Ordered tea. Just ok and it was not busy during my visit.
Zero frapachino drinks available.Possibly because that just takes to long to do. 3stars unable to complete its menu. Friendly service.
Waited in a long line just to find out they were out of the ingredients to make a mocha, and had been out of it for quite a while. Starbucks... If you are out of what you need to make such popular beverage, I'd expect you to be respectful enough of our time to at least make it known to us prior to keeping us in line for 10 minutes. How hard is it to cover them items on the menu that you are unable to make.
Always a busy place in the morning for people getting their pre Disneyland drink. Was able to order online once I arrived & my order was ready in about 20 minutes, less than the estimate. It seems like mobile ordering from my hotel before walking there was not an option.

They are so quick here. Even with Mike long lines they move fast and get your order done right.
Anthony at the door is a little rude with mobile order people. Sad when a general que line clears out faster than a mobile order as well. Oh btw our food and coffee was cold because it sat there while he held up the mobile order que for no reason at all
