While I'm a loyal fan of Starbucks, this was my first time to this location (22 May 2022). This place was a shambles. There were a few young kids there with their pet puppies. Some being held and some on a leash. Animals are not permitted in food establishments unless they are service animals. And these dogs were puppies. Way too young to be a service animal. There was a lot of trash all over the place. Napkins on tables. Straw wrappers on the floor. And people coming to get orders that were apparently already picked up. This place is a mess.
Service is good and the place is kept clean.
I just left the Starbucks at 2219 w Ball, Anaheim and I will NEVER be back. They might be fast with their drinks, im notnsure, but they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. I am in tears and cannot stop crying. I was in the restroom, changing my clothes, when they knocked and kept calling me sir, even thought I'm clearly a woman. She embarrassed me in front of the whole lobby and made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I was only trying to fix my dress. They need to stop this policy of policing, since they don't have the appropriate training on how to talk to people correctly. Shame on.you Starbucks, this is an ineffective way to solve "people doing bad things in the bathrooms" as the batista claimed. You're gonna end up with a lawsuit.....
Love that it opens at 5am it gives me time to grab a much needed coffee before work.

This really is the most ghetto Starbucks I've ever been in. For the past HOUR, literally EVERY SINGLE SONG played in this ghetto Starbucks location has been in freekin Spanish! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!!!! The amount of Cultural Marxism at this location is beyond insane! Definitely advise people to AVOID. Literally each and every business at Brookhurst St. and Ball Rd. is ghetto (see my review of arco across the street). I really recommend avoiding this whole area, and most of West Anaheim too, while you have the misfortune of still being in it. Blame the Leftist Democrats.
Hands down the best Starbucks in the area. They make working hard look easy with how fast they can turn out drinks. I’m always treated and greeted with kindness, even after they hear how ridiculous my drink order is.
What can I say, I love Starbucks
Whoever the new barista is (short guy) needs to be trained on measurements. I been ordering here frequently and other baristas make my drinks so good and every time i see him make my drink, its too watered down. I hate having to go back snd ask to remake a new one almost every day
