The store itself is just like any other Starbucks, but if staying at the TownePlace Suites and you need a Starbucks fix, it is a short 3 minute walk from the hotel.
Lovely staff! Super helpful. I had a sore throat and the barista was so kind and helped me find a tea that would soothe my throat. I wish there was actually lemon juice but other than that it was a great experience.

On 09/1 at 8:03pm, The employee intentionally didn’t get my order right. I know this because I over heard her tell another employee “don’t dilute the lemonade because it’s a waste of our time.” Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
Exterior: two stars. No drive through, parking lot is kinda small for the shopping mall location and they've removed or don't have any outdoor seating. This location shares a shopping mall "block" with two other stores so it's just a front window and an interior.Interior: two stars. Small and oddly shaped, they've pulled all the seating so it's to go only.Vibe: two stars. Understaffed.
Worst experience as a customer. 4 person staff on duty as I tried to place my order at a not busy time . 1128 am wed 11/17/21. Was completely ignored. Only two others customers were are Starbucks one had placed an order and retrieved it. The other was sitting at a table near front of Starbucks. So I decided somewhere else to get good customer service. In a bad economy losing customers is detrimental to your business.On Jan 25 2022 I tried to order coffee at Starbucks. Note the shop was not busy. I w as completely ignored. Wondering why staff is not trained properly. When a customer walks in it would wise to greet them and take their order large or small.. In this manner repeat customers Will brng up your bottom line. I see no improvement - very disappointed in your service.
Smaller Starbucks located near Angels Stadium. There's actually quite a 3 near the stadium this is one of them . Indoors seating available & no outdoor seating available. Smaller selection than katella Ave .
Quick service, employees were nice and engaging, environment is quant and inviting.
We really like starbucks but there was a guy cleaning the windows almost over us when we were seated eating. We have to leave the place with our coffee and bread. He could wait the customer is first. ?
