Very high volume business inside the hotel. Still good sevice. Heads up you can't order a head inside the hotel.
Always closed early says open till 4 but never open.
Clean place and their barista is friendly. Good selection of pastries and their service is superb.

Went there at 12.30pm and saw two ladies there but the door was locked. It says they close at 4pm so I don't understand. I waved and knocked and they looked at me, saw me and just ignored. Very rude. If they're closed then they need to put a sign saying so.

We got breakfast here every morning and it was good, expensive, but good. We Hilton Diamond members we could use a separate line, which was so much faster. I highly recommend the bacon croissant breakfast sandwich and of course the kids loved the donuts!
Diamond members, don't bother waiting in the Hilton Honors line. They won't acknowledge or help you unless you are in the regular line. After 4 people were helped before me, I asked if this was even a line and a barista told me I have to tell them I'm a diamond member. How am I supposed to "tell them" when the sign that's 6 feet away from the cashier says to wait there? Wish I had known they don't honor what they post and just stand in the regular line instead of wasting time standing there.There's another Starbucks down the street if you really need Starbucks.
This location doesn’t know how to run a business. We go there at 1pm. They post on google that they’re open until 4pm but apparently they close at noon or whenever “there’s slow traffic” says the front desk.
