Would give 0 stars if I could, some of the rudest baristas, I was being very understanding and calm and the buff guy with tattoos and beard was super rude and denied me my receipt after I asked for it more than once he kept avoiding that and instead would asking me another question. I understand it’s a stressful job but he wasn’t even following the Starbucks requirements that we as baristas we’re supposed to follow when we mess up a customer’s order. Like come on man, do better. So disappointed, the drink didn’t even taste good and wasn’t even filled all the way ?

Not very good coffee but if exuberantly large overly sweet and colorful desserts called drinks are your thing then it's probably right up your alley

I was in the drive through with my friend and she spoke into her order in drive through and the Starbucks server said “ugh not another black person” IT WAS VERY RUDE. And on black history month at that. Starbucks never learns, they need yet ANOTHER racist training seminar...

Have been ordering online recently through uber eats. A little disappointing that the menu varies daily and not everything is included. At times I can order a basic hot chocolate and the next day the item is not on the menu anyone. My double chocolate chip frap is a hit and miss as well. Wish there was full menu and more consistency

My regular starbucks always make my drinks good and great customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service! Was ignored by 3 different employees for 10 long minutes after placing a mobile order, I could see was done. One of which handed drinks to another customer and completely ignored me! I think the worst part was that there was but 1 car in the drive thru and 1 other person in the store. Definitely sending a complaint in. Will NEVER visit this location again. I'll drive out of my way for my drinks.

The people here don’t have a clue what they’re doing. One of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The were not busy and yet my order took 15 mins. When they got someone else’s order wrong, the lady upfront spoke to the customer in a condescending tone. This place was s a joke. The manager should be replaced.

Today I had the worst experience at this location, I tried to call 1st to complain to the location manager but no one picked up the phone. After waiting for almost 25 minutes to get drinks, the drink came out completely undrinkable. My husband and I got very annoyed but we had no time to go back and talk to them.

Great Drive-thru though a little tricky in-&-out of parking lot. Little disappointed for the wait having just ordered a drip coffee w/cream (basically in line behind the carmel macchiato AND the phone order drinks AND the drive-through...) The Starbucks PARTNERS have A LOT to do in a short time which they handle with GRACE & APLOMB! THEY'RE GREAT!!!
