As usual every Monday morning and Friday Morning I stop for coffee I love that it's not full/busy at this specific location so I don't mind walking in at this location since its pretty fast :)
The more than 5 times I've come their never ready... very sad cause it means the barista dont set up the night before and also the barista their dont have a passion for customer service.
I wait 20 minutes to get a cooffe cup is only 1 person on service
Take so long to place my order. The staffs like to spend time charting with customers before the customers place order and jam up the line. They might not follow the refill policies original from Starbucks. Just treat it like a coffee shop in Target.
Friendly crew with nice communicate, I like there quick awesome service.

When I got there I showed a drink I wanted to try a secret menu drink I learned about and the two girls that were there on Wednesday sept 2 afternoon gave me an attitude upset because they had to make that drink, normally I would completely understand if they were super busy and it would be an inconvenience for them but there was literally one person behind me, I spent $30 dollars so it’s not to say I’m wasting their time, very dissatisfied with the service especially when the girl brushed me off in the end when she handed me my drink .
If I can give it less I would. I went today and girls had a very bad attitude. Bought 2 caramel macchiatos one with soy milk because I am allergic to dairy. Well, the one that was suppose to be with soy, had whole milk and no caramel. I figured if someone asks for non dairy products you should be able to do that.
