I would totally give zero stars if I could because we couldn't even get coffee... we pulled in and there was a sign blocking the drive throughSaying drive through closed. So we parked to go in and there was another sign saying drive through open only. So yea. One stars... this happened just a few minutes ago. We went up the street to the other Starbucks.

Terrible service manager extremely rude and inconsiderate towards me and my order made me feel very uncomfortable felt racially motivated
This place is alright. They were extremely busy. I placed a mobile order and waited about 15 20 minutes before they asked me a second time about if I ordered or not. I had asked about my drink before that as well. Which I was told it was being prepared. 10 minutes later is when they had asked me just to realize my drink had been sitting for a while as I waited.
I spent $3.45 on GRANDE ICED COFFEE 1XPUMPMILK SPLASH ON SIDEACTUALLY ORDER VENTE WORST ICED COFFEE & SERVICE. ONTARIO PLEASE HIRE MAYBE LIKE OR WANT TO WORK THERE
I frequent this location and today I was set back a little when my niece and myself ended up with very bad stomach pain after having coffee and bread from this location, my niece couldn’t even finish what she ordered and as for myself, it made being at work unbearable and yes I am sure it was from Starbucks because my niece and myself woke up in the morning and had not had anything to eat or drink prior to going to Starbucks
My drink spilled all over the bag you can see the bottom luckily the drinks didn't fall out of the bag cuz I had to hold it from the bottom they got to the counter it was all full of iced coffee so missing like a little bit of my iced coffee from being bounced around in the car from the driver from Uber eats I do not know next time they should put it in two bags if they know it's going to spill over
Restroom filthy.....when I ask for a manager (no manager) lead person made all kinds of excuses as to why they haven't had time to clean the restroom. Then he stated that I could clean them myself. They only have two restrooms. When I inquired as to whether or not the employee restroom was clean; he said that he did not know. It is really interesting how it not necessary to be sanitary but its necessary to take your money and risk your health. Nasty young people serving/ preparing drink and food for the older generation.
We are from out of town and stopped here to get coffee and use the restroom on our way back home. My nephew went in and there was no TP so my brotherinlaw asked the employee for more TP, and the employee provided the TP. When my nephew went in to use the restroom the manager went over and chewed out the employee. The bathroom was completely disgusting and had trash and nasty stuff all over it. Props to the employee that jumped right on helping my nephew.
Friendly barista at the drive through. Coffee was perfect, and we didnt have to wait long. Thanks!
