Really not liking thr new post covod hours. Plus it is not detailed on their yelp or mapwuest timing details so u end up going there thinking sitting in is an option only to find out it isn't!!And that not just for this starbucks, it's others as well..Wish atarbucks wouldske revisions to thir dine in bs drive through hours.sny businesses have had to make various asjusemts as to how they would like to run their businesses post covid. It's Starbucks what more can you really say. Coffee is about an 8 out of 10. This Starbucks their drive-thru is a little tricky, but the service is ok. Honestly I'm not a huge Starbucks fan for their coffee. Where are the coffee shops out there with much better coffee.
Ordered thru drive thru, Great customer service nice and friendly cashier, saw my 3yr old daughter crying and asking for frapp and she gave her a complimentary vanilla bean shake to comfort her, very nice of her.

The cashier was awesome and friendly. It was at approximately nine in the morning when I went to this place. I did not have to wait long in line before I received my order. I left with a smile. Well done to this young crew of workers.
this place has such a great drive thru that is very efficient. Coffee was served hot and quickly. There is parking if you don't want to use the drive thru option.

This spot is one of my favorite Starbucks. They will make you drinks exactly ask you asked. Definitely not like the one on ball and state college who will try to offer you a substitute, not because they can't make but don't want. Love coming here and enjoy the friendly and professional stuff. Highly recommended.
I went to this Starbucks on 12/29/21 around 9pm at night. I tried to order just hot green tea with lemonade and the guy at Starbucks just seemed to get really frustrated with me and even shouted at me. I get that it’s by the road and is a little loud but there’s no need to be rude. He even got the order wrong and gave me a strange tea with peppermint syrup and lemonade, I would get it if they were busy but I was one of two customers there. I get that this is a first world problem but he can at least be polite.
First time visiting this location (with an order ahead mobile order) and I'm oh my goodness what bad experience. Arrived at 10:55 am and the place was PACKED. When I say packed I mean the drive thru spilled into the street so I couldn't even get into the plaza. Once I was able to squeeze in, every single parking spot was taken and a line of cars had parked with emergency lights blocking the parked cars. It was just absurd even for a Friday. Luckily I had my husband with me to hop out and pick up our order while I circled around. The little plaza is shared between the Starbucks and a Catholic Book store - and I got to say I feel bad for the shop as Starbucks patrons have taken over the space. Definitely made me feel like service wasn't quick enough to move customers along in store nor in drive thru.To make matters worse, our coffees were absolute trash! We ordered 2 grande cappuccinos - one with soy milk and mocha, the other with dark caramel sauce and cinnamon- our typical order for Starbucks drinks. Both tasted like old coffee water with syrup! Nowhere near a cappuccino espresso. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. ONLY reason For 1 star is because the drink was ready 2 min before the estimate on the app and the location looked clean inside.
