Very satisfied with this location and its people.All of them very kind and helpful. They didn't have my favorite drink and instead they make me an other similar. I'm very thankful ?. Thanks Bamby and her coworkers ❤️

Rude employees and poor service. I walked in to place my order and was asked to wear a mask. They provided me with one and I wore it. While waiting for my order I noticed 3 other customers not wearing masks and at least two others who walked in without them that were not asked to wear one so I pulled mine down. Immediately they asked me to put mine on and continued to harass me while they did not ask anyone else. They cancelled my order and called the police. The meanwhile the other customers are still not wearing masks. It’s pretty sad they feel it’s okay to waste a police officer’s time because they are on a power trip trying to enforce a rule on one person but not many others. Bottom line they were rude and had they really been concerned with anyones health or safety they would have just given me the drinks I paid for and got me out of there as soon as possible or just treated all the customers the same.
Mostly nice employees. Cool music. Good place to chill. I bring sometimes my own juice and buy a sandwich here and free water cup. Not the best area just letting you know. It depends day to day.
I went there today and the lady maisa was so rude and disrespectful and rolled her eyes at me and my 6year old daughter and slammed the drink on the thing and gave attitude for no reason never coming again!!!!! She’s always in a bad mood if you don’t like the job leave!!!!
The employees denied me access to the restroom, and turned the light off on my family and I while we were seated in the dining area. Horrible customer service and communication skills from both the tele tubby looking employees working. 11/20/21 @ 8:30 PM
Very good customer service, and same great coffee.
Went 2 days ago. Male staff member said he would be right with me. Finished up a customer's drink and then never came back to help. A female staff member ended up helping another customer instead of me first due to the male never communicating with her. I had ordered 6 drinks online and they were out of cupholders. They didn't offer any help or compensation for not having cup holders. The female was a bit better than the male since she was attentive but still seemed she didn't care at all.
My go to Starbucks!! Staff is friendly and helpful! Orders are made fast and efficiently! Definitely recommend this location
