This Starbucks have never failed to be the slowest I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order and showed up 13 minutes after to pick it up. My son walked to the pickup window and waited 6 minutes before anyone came to him. He was told they were working on it. Another 12 minutes or so passed and he's still standing waiting. Asked for his order again and it wasn't ready. Another 9 minutes until he got out order..it was a small order...hot chocolate, caramel macchiato and a double smoked sandwich..
Yoooo..see the thing is that I would dread going to work especially because I worked graveyard but I knew this specific location always changed my mood for a reason! It has been a couple of years since I have gone but I went recently and honestly...it was horrible. I was a regular and would always have xavier take my order and this man honestly knew my drink by heart and would always cheer me up!! The moment I pulled up to the window my drink was already ready (let that just sink in because this bro would recognize my voice!!) and with a quick chat while paying he always convinced me to be optimistic about the future and coming from a young and educated soul...I will never forget his words/jokes. It would make me appreciate graveyard shifts just a tad bit! Also, let me not forget barista wayne who would also make my drink to help his coworkers out when lines were crazy long!! I went today and found out they were let go??? The service was terrible, my drink was poorly made, I left upset...This place has gone downhill ever since xavier and wayne left.. my two fav baristas/brothers with a genuine soul!! If either one of you ever see this, email me!!! let's talk business!
Decent location with drive-thru and walk up window. Staff is friendly and on point.
Been in the neighborhood for a year.1-This Starbucks location it’s super inconsistent!2-Drive through very inconvenient, but the down side it’s you pay so much for an over price coffee and you get results like the one on the picture.“Caramel macchiato” but it’s all milk ?Look for another location !
Ordered WARMED croissant & grade green tea latte extra hot NO foam. Croissant was cold, not even not warmed - it was cold. My tea had about half inch of foam and was luke warm. When I asked them to remove foam, instead of adding more milk to fill cup, they returned my cup with tea at least 2 fingers from the top... really?
I pulled up not knowing there was a line and the guy says I cut off the other customer so I said ok I respect that so I go around and line up. Then some other vehicle decides to do the same thing I had just did and he lets them cut me. Dudes white and he let another white couple cut me. That is a no no for Starbucks. And then the lady at the front window throws me my bagels instead of handing it to me, and says next time I come to the window to have may points ready. It literally took me two seconds. This is just crazy. Idk how this is allowed but it definitely isn’t professional.
Line was long for drive thru but it was moving smoothly and once my order was taken it was not long after I received it. Order was correct, coffee tasted really good, cashier was badass and gave me outstanding customer service. The plaza where this location is at, is well maintained.
Drinks were made ok, but service was a bit slow. Cashier was nice though and apologized for slow service.
Server at window was talking to a customer for 3-4 minutes, when I honked she gave me a dirty look, when I got my coffee it was warm and my sandwich thrown in the bag, you’re come a long way Starbucks I think this does it for me
The service in this starbucks is the worst and the employee too. They’re very slow. I was waiting in the line and my baby was crying and when was my turn they were talking each other and I my drinks was ready. They ignore I was calling them and they take more time and laughing and my baby was crying desperately and they didn’t care. Normally other starbucks employee are very nice but in this location not.
