I just passed through the drive thru and the coffee was terrible. It just tasted like hot water. I didn't realize it until I left the area which is why I'm upset. I would like a replacement coffee.
I’ve come to this starbucks many times and have always found both the customer service and the coffee to be great. It’s never very crowded in my experience, and the baristas are super friendly and go above and beyond.
The staffs are cool.What makes me confused is that why some guests just can’t clean the bathroom after they use it!!!Why did they expect Starbucks employees to pick up the toilet paper or napkins from the ground or corners?Please treat a public place as your own home.
The drive-through is taking about 15 minutes per vehicle for some crazy reason I don’t know if it’s because it’s a Sunday and staff are all relaxing?
I went in today 01/27/22 and was discriminated against. There was 2 women ahead of me with head scarfs on and no mask and they waited on them then when I came up to place my order they wouldn't take my order because I refused to wear a mask, guess they don't like old white guys!!!! LAWSUIT Time!!!!Boycott this place, discrimination of any kind is ugly
It's what you would expect from any other Starbucks except for the amount of traffic. Surprisingly there are plenty of customers both walk in and drive-thru. The staff seems to be working very quickly and collaboratively to fulfill orders. Partons may need to have an understanding that during these times customer service at the counter may not be on par.The indoor seating area is clean as well as the restrooms. For more privacy or space checkout there ample outside seating.
