So despite the $29 that you spend on a Starbucks cup to put your cold your frappuccino into the lady at the front of the counter will be a rude very rude lady and say oh you can't put we can't put your drink in that cup because it's not one of our cups even though it says Frank it says Starbucks right on the side of it very rude lady very condescending unreal

Just left Starbuck's in Vons on Santa Ana Canyon. There was one female employee working there at 3 p.m. When I was next in line and ready to order the young lady proceeded to ask the Vons employee directly behind me for his order. ???
It's a fun place to relax. The food is great. I love the Tapsilog.
This may be the best Starbucks in America.. maybe the whole world. I have been all over America drinking Starbucks.. and I visited most foreign countries and many where they serve Starbucks. I drank Starbucks in many European countries.. even in China. The bottom line.. this Starbucks and its staff are the very best. Alice.. Josh.. Harlie.. I could go on.. the entire staff all do a great job. They are so friendly and well trained. They all seem to know my name and what I drink. I can't wait until we can once again sit down inside and enjoy the community square feeling that has become part of our Starbucks experience.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and instead I got regular "caramel" frappuccino which tasted like milk with ice. When I asked the guy to fix it, he gave me an attitude and told me that's not what I ordered enen though the app clearly showed I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. He didn't remake the drink so I walked with my frozen milk.
