First time trying it today and what a disappointment. Everything was wrong. I ordered 3 burgers without pickles and all of them had it. And then the burgers were cold. They were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. The bread was basically taken out of the fridge and given to me. Gave us strawberry lemonade instead of cherry. Talked to server who offered to give us a refund. We agreed only to find out the refund was only for the burgers. We spoke to the manager who stated that since we kept the fries and drinks (which were the wrong drinks!) they could not refund us the entire meal. Even after explaining the food was almost frozen, burgers were done wrong. And got the wrong drinks. She said there was not much she could and refused to talk to us further. Never again will I go there, terrible service and terrible food!
No more tray at window no more roller skating servers food was bad and shake was the only thing good a lot of homeless folks digging in the trash not the same Sonic we were so disappointed we drive 30 miles because it use to be great sooo sad☹️what a difference 5 years makes
I haven't been to a Sonic in forever but it was nice driving up, placing our order took a while, getting our food took a while, paying with our card didn't work so when our order was ready someone came out with our food grabbed our card & went inside to run it. The food taste okay the drinks were awesome. It was a nice experience but took a bit long.
Don’t get me wrong sonic is really good the item that I got is pretty different..at first I thought I was in Panda Express. This item is jumbo popcorn chicken bbq
I love going to Sonic. No matter what day it is or what time. This has always been one of my favorite fast food spots. Good food and okay service. Sometimes it takes longer than it feels like it should but it is usually packed so that explains it a majority of the time. When they aren’t busy they are pretty fast. Love the ice cream and they are usually good about what you order. I definitely recommend! ??
I had the Oreo Reese's Peanut Butter Shake and some tater tots and both were really good. Service was fairly quick despite that it was dinner time on a Sunday evening and there were lots of cars there. My only complaint is the number of transients in the parking lot and the neighboring business.
Just gotta be careful when parking. Sometimes there are homeless . Don't worry they just have nothing better to do, and nowhere to go. but they keep to themselves most of the time. I always enjoy coming here after I'm done at cycle gear across the street.
Great place to get dessert.. Got a delicious snickers blast, my sis got a sundae and we also got a bag of there famous crushed ice
Stopped by for a quick lunch. I never tasted such a bland burger before. No seasoning or flavor. The fries tasted liked they were re fried. If you like crispy stale fries...this is the place. I'll be back for second chance. Sonic crew working superbowl Sunday must have not wanted to be at work.
just lovely food and service, not really the greatest area for such a nostalgic restaurant.
