Fast Food Burgers

I came to this location 2weeks ago. Yes I'm posting late but here you go.Ordered their baconzilla sandwich, their 2 for 6 double chicken with mayo and cheese only and double burger with pickles and onion and the sauces. What we got was so disappointing considering we sat at the window for 20 min while they made the order so we were like well hey hey hey it should all be fresh. Couldn't have been further from the truth! It was so bad I just gave the food back got my money and will never be back. Here are the photos. After reading and seeing a lot of similar complaints, wouldn't it be smart to take head and fire the employees you have and start over? Maybe train your employees? If you need help and I'll come clean it up

First of all, the food is great. I would recommend you order to go or have it delivered. There is an outside dining area but the tables are extremely dirty due to the many transients that gather there. The tables are dirty and sticky. Also, the local transients may come up to you and ask for money and put you in an awkward situation. I would eat from this place again though.

After seeing at least 7 employees, I have no clue why I waited 20 min for my food, after ordering. Probably a total of 30 min in drive thru. I hope it's for the reason of hiring several new employees. My burger was made incorrectly. Fortunately, everything was hot. The girl at my window had a kind voice and seemed to know what she was doing. It was nice to see the employees working. Just not sure why it took so ooooh long at 12am.

I had ordered a strawberry come in a cup then 15 minutes later I ordered a large fries and that was brought up first so I had to remind them about the cone in a cup. Which gladly they obliged. The reason for four stars and some Mexican lady told us to get away from the window like we were some of the random weirdos that occupy the area... I was still waiting on my strawberry cone in a cup before even ordering fries.

is the double rally burger suppose to be the size of a whopper Jr? the chicken sandwich feels like they over cooked the chicken. it was very chewy. usually never had issues here.

We have tried twi different Rallys location one in east LA and this one. However the burguers are not the same as before the only vague memory is the fully loaded fries other than that you can't expect much :(. Can't recommend!

This places floor was dirty inside where they cook. The guy on drive through wouldn't speak loud enough and was incoherent. We kept having to ask him what he said. The area was not a good area. We definitely should have avoided this place, and we Will Not Ever Be Back!

It had been over 10 yrs since hadn't had Rally's i was craving the chilli cheese fries , was so disappointed on how dry the chilli is ,it seem it had been reaheated over and over hardly any cheese back in the days the chilli cheese fries they made nothing compare to that . Went trough the drive-true good service the young man very friendly

Great prices! You can still get an ice cream cone here for $1! The Strawberry twirl one is my new fave, especially late night! Burgers are good too.

Came through last night around midnight, ordered a ten piece wing, when I was handed my bag I asked politely for ranch and was told it costs an additional 42 cents, at which point I assume I've been given at least one with my 11 dollars of wings, nope they didn't... and I really believe he knew that but didn't tell me.. normally I'd be cool about something petty like this but legit every time I come through to this rally's I end up leaving irritated... wings were just swimming in sauce because they don't toss the wings.. they cook them, put them in a box and squirt sauce on top and call it done... I think no more rally's for me as they have begun to define the word mediocre to me
