Well. The fries were barely cooked and not quite crispy. The chicken fingers were not steaming hot as the one from Ontario Mills. Apparently, the foot traffic was way slower there, which the food were prepared BEFORE ordering. I will definitely try another location to see if their foods are made to order.
Service was okay when they took our order, when we got home it was a bit disappointing to see the portion of the fries, and for the price of a box combo this is definitely not worth it!
What is going on with canes? The chicken was so dry. I mean come on, I paid 45 bucks for a 25 piece. Which I thought was gonna come with other sides. But nope, just DRY CHICKEN.I want to say thank you to canes for making this right. After posting this review I received an email to replace my order. This time the chicken was juicy, tender and fresh. Amazing. Thank you.
It was my first time eating here. The food was really good. They were really packed and busy but got our food out quickly. Good service. I wish we had one in our area.
I used to buy overpriced boneless wings until a friend shared Cane's Chicken Fingers. I'm now hooked on them! My only complaint is that they are really stingy with their special sauce. I always order extra sauce & they always give me 2 tiny plastic containers with 2 tablespoons of their special sauce.
By far Raising Cane's is the best for chicken strips and fries. No where does it better. They are juicy and crispy and have the best sauce. Service varies by location, but the chicken strips are always good.
I love raising canes! It's the in and out of chicken. The sauce is so good, and the bread is perfect. I sub the slaw for bread because I live it so much. Plus, they are open till 2 am, which means I can get it anytime. The only thing I can say is I hope that they add a lower sodium option for salt sensitive people. Thanks for a delicious meal canes.

Employees need more training in the front. I wasn't first priority when I got to the front counter and it seems like they were yelling customer at front but no one's wanted to help me. Otherwise the food was very good especially the chicken and the bread. They forgot to give me ketchup as a to go order. I would go back but hopefully not the same experience. The location seems to be new but am not from the area. A little bit busy for a Monday... This was an online order and pickup in store.
