Horrible, awful experience. Refused to accept a BC drivers license for ID even though in 20 years at Disneyland - and travelling throughout California - I’ve never been asked to produce a passport and every other place accepted a BCDL. Not to mention carrying a passport in a theme park is super unsafe - they didn’t care. The manager was maybe 22 and super condescending… ‘can you read the policy on my phone here?’ asked why a passport was required when the point is to check age - she said ‘it’s just our policy.’ Apparently they can’t be expected to read birthdates if not American. The whole experience was so insulting - I doubt they would have said the same to my husband - that I may have changed my mind about the whole theme park - there wasn’t even a semblance of an apology. I had to demand a refund as I’d ordered ahead on the mobile app, I waited until I had confirmation of a refund, as I didn’t trust any of the people there to care at ALL about customer service. Will never, ever return.
Just get a beer. The mixed drinks are not worth it. They are not worth the price at all.

Please don’t waste your money on these overpriced, undrinkable “cocktails”. Plain beer and wine are decent, still overpriced (but that’s Disney). The “fun cocktails” are pre made and pulled out of a fridge when ordered. We threw ours away.

The drinks were pretty good, some are ok, prices, well its Disneyland. But the reason for the review is how awful the service was with cast member TJ. I did as the app instructed when ordering on the app. When the order was ready, it read, “Go directly to the counter and speak with a cast member to pick up your order.” I did exactly that, but TJ asked if i had checked in yet, I did on the app. At the time I went, there was no cast member checking my order and letting me know where to go to pick up my order. So, again, I did exactly as instructed on the app and went to the counter. When then TJ dismissively asked, did you check in with a cast member? I said “no, thats why im here,” all he said was “Ok”, pressed his lips, and proceeded to then attend to the person behind me. Im sorry, what? He gave me no instruction on what to do despite following the app orders, and completely disregarded me. I get they’re busy, but he didn’t have to be rude and dismissive. He definitely doesn’t have any customer service skills, very disappointed with his child like attitude, and hope to never see him taking “care” of guests again. Very unprofessional.

Located right next to the Pym Test Kitchen, the Pym Tasting Lab serves craft beers and themed Pym Particle-infused cocktails. We tried the Honey Fusion, Honey Buzz and the Particle Fizz. Best drink is the Honey Buzz.
