This review is for the girl working at the counter. First time ordering at this location and sadly this is also the most horrible experience I've ever had to deal with when it comes to this fried chicken franchise. The girl asked me if I was here to pick up or order, and was FULLY AWARE I am here to make an order. Only two other people were standing at that time, and they were standing far back. These two kind people still did let me know they were just waiting and gestured for me to go forward. I DID say clearly and nicely to the server that I am here to order when she asked me if I was here to pick up. However, she had the audacity to move over to the next register right away and immediately took the order of someone else now that a few people just entered the store at this point. Are you kidding me? Right after I told you I haven't ordered my food?Unbelievable service. Unbelievably ignorant and disrespectful worker at the front. You are supposed to be going in order, especially when customers already informed you they still have yet to make an order.To the manager and supervisor, whoever needs training you need to provide them more. This huge lack of priority and sense of awareness shown in the disinterested faces at the front who are supposed to be welcoming, fair, and hospital, is abhorrent and sad.
Service was excellent. Food was so-so. I got the red beans and rice (which is my fav) but this time they were very bland (no taste what so ever), biscuits were not even hot or warm. Thank God the 8 piece was acceptable or I would have gone back to get a whole new order. I absolutely love Popeyes (especially being from Louisiana) but I was truly disappointed.
Great food. This place is a bit old, stopped in just before closing and they made food hot and fresh..
OK the mac&cheese was bomb but the tables were dirty and the floors needed to be swept and probably mopped as well. There is no drive thru at this location. The girls behind the counter were nice enough and happily gave me condiments when I asked. Bottom line, if I go back it will just be to get the man&cheese to go!
I recently visit this place and overall my experienced with this place has been great until today ? they keep giving me regular wings non spicy when I ordered them spicy to begin with. They need to step it up! All I gotta say!!!!
when I payed for my order I was told to wait for my change thought she was going to get more money sins she said wait a sec and closed the cashier box .No she kept going taking other people's orders . Until I received my food and I asked about my change she gave me the change. I got chicken tenders two five piece and one three piece. Wasn't until we got home that I noticed the chicken seemed light brown turned it over and it's half done all of the tenders half done . My children noticed right away .Couldn't go back because I don't have a car at the moment . Not only that I asked for all tender and they gave me bone in as well . No utensils either .If you ever come here always check before you leave!!!
Chicken seemed to have been cooked in old oil. Dark and dirty. Not their best. Coleslaw was pinkish in color. Biscuits where great and mashed potatoes also.
The girls working here seem to be not only new, but also completely lost. We ordered a family size order for take out from here. When receiving our food, we asked if everything is inside and naturally they said yes. There were a lot of items so we didn't notice anything was off until we got home. Once we checked the contents of the bags we noticed something was missing. All the side orders were there, but there was no chicken. We decided to call them, but no one answered the phone. We drove back and showed them the receipt while calmly informing them about the missing chicken. The girl who received the receipt; looked at it, hand it back and simply said: "That's because we're out of mild chicken" as if it was plainly obvious why we didn't received the chicken we paid for. There was a long silent pause. The expected apologies were not uttered. No consolations were offered. There was only confusion from both side of the counter as we stared at one another. Finally we broke the silence by asking if there was anything else they could offer us and fortunately for us, there was. By the time we got back home to enjoy the spicy chicken that we didn't really want, all the side orders were cold. We accepted our fate and was about to start eating when someone said: "Hey! Where are the condiments, utensils, and napkins?"
Took too long, had no flavor, was missing seasoning or salt. Cashier friendly, but other team member handing out the order was short and rude.
I LOVE POPEYES , THEYRE CHICKEN IS SO GOOD. I LOVE THE SPICEY CHICKEN, SO CRUNCHY AND JUICE INSIDE. I HAVE NOTICED THOUGH THEYRE CHICKEN HAS GOTTEN SMALLER. THEY USED TO HAVE BIG PIECES. BUT THEY STILL ARE MY NUMBER 1 PLACE TO GET CHICKEN. MAC AND CHEESE AND MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY ARE SO GOOD. THEY USED TO HAVE CAJUN RICE , THAT WAS THE BEST , BUT FOR SOME REASON DONT SELL ANY MORE. YGH.
