I ordered through door dash a spicy chicken meal. They didn't have the spicy chicken meal so I took a classic chicken sandwich instead. When my order got here I got 2 small drinks instead of a large, the drinks didn't have any ice. I got sweet tea and it tasted like drinking dirty water, and my red beans and rice might as well just been a cup of rice, there were really no beans in it. Reason for 2 stars, the chicken sandwich tasted very good.
It's always good to try something different but you always find yourself going back to your favorite place..So I went and tried Popeyes chicken with mash potatoes. Its alright not bad..A different spicy taste to their menu. If you want something different. Popeyes is the place to go. But again I always find myself going back to KFC ????
Popeyes be ballin'. This one especially is always quick and doesn't ef around. Always good stuff. Love my chicken at Popeyes!
The ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant in Placentia. Not only did they get my order completely WRONG, they refused to compensate. Mind you my drive here may be that of 5 miles - but that really means 15-20 minutes road time. The place is dirty, the staff is rude, and the management has ZERO customer service skills. I will stick with KFC or drive 30 minutes to Anaheim if I want Popeyes chicken ever again. Just disgusted with this place!!! FYI...I have maybe written 2 reviews in my life which should tell all of you to stay away from this garbage.
Food was fine, but the place is always dirty. They put a wet floor sign out on top of a huge muddy puddle. This puddle was in the middle of the dining area lol insane!
Very crowded. Better to call and place the order.
Ordered the highly touted chicken sandwich and 3 sides for delivery. The sides were excellent....red beans & rice, cold slaw and biscuit. The bun on the chicken sandwich was really cheap quality. The chicken was NOT crispy and just average. Frankly, the chicken sandwich from KFC is much better. Sorry folks....just not for me.
I love the chicken, extra crispy, plus I really love the beans and rice ughhhh! Out of this world! Reminds me of mom's cooking.
I had to wait over an hour because this one genius decided to play Tetris with my chicken bucket instead to telling me or the kitchen that they were out of legs, and not just that, they gave me the wrong amount of apple pies as well. Like I get that it's hard to hire right now because of the pandemic. But holy **** at least hire people that know how to count, or at the very least know how to talk.Food was good, and the manager lady was nice as well as most of the other staff. But holy **** did that last guy had a number of brain cells in the negatives.
My first time having it and it got the classic chicken sandwich and 12 piece nuggets the chicken sandwich was amazing the flavor was so mouth stopping and I just kept wanting more the nice dillness from the pickles the nuggets were crispy and juicy amazing with the sauce over all 10/10 would come back again
