The pizza and wings were done right on time. Staff was helpful and friendly. Also, the store has been remodeled fairly recently and is more open and conducive to navigating to the counter, which used to be right next to the entrance. The renovation gives the restaurant a more open feeling.
I picked up food on my way home from work and when I got home, i seen my order was incomplete. I tried and tried to call back to the store but they never picked up my phone call. The drive was a bit far for me, so I decided to take the loss.
Worst experience. They don’t answer when you try and call the store. The managers can’t do anything right. If you receive the wrong order good luck trying to get the right one. DONT get delivery. I am literally writing this as I am still trying to get the store to answer my call. Overall horrible and ruined my family’s appetite and night!
Not going back to this location. Very disappointing.Employee didn't know what pizzas they had to offer. Menu didn't show prices or pizzas. Got rid of crushed pepper and parmesan packets.
1st- my salad was knocked over in the truck, when the guy brought it to us. 2nd- my salad was the wrong one... ?♀️
The specifically ignored all my instructions when I posted on online ordering not to mention everytime I get my pizza which was 1a week crust would be under cooked I called an basically got told nothing they can do about due to management not being there.

Ordered on line. The pizza was great. Ordered the "family " pasta and bread sticks. I received only a single pasta and bread sticks. Called about the order and was told they only received a single order on their end. I was charged for the family order, and wasn't offered a refund for the difference or the additional pasta I was missing. I wasn't impressed with the employee I was speaking to as well. So..... I'm done with that store.
The kid James who brought out of food was nice pleasant and very friendly which made the whole experience overall. Food tasted great and correct as ordered
