They're pretty quick, courteous, clean, and efficient. Get the app and be sure to use the deals. You can save a lot of money...like $5 or more off each pizza kind of money... just by choosing the right deal and ordering that way. Also you'll rack up the points real fast and get free food, too, if you use the app to order every time. I should have been doing this years ago!
After today, I don't know if I ever want to go back. Natalie is such a trash employee, if they don't get rid of her then there is definitely no reason of going back. I witnessed this employee give another customer a hard time AFTER telling her to take care of HIM FIRST. She ignored my request along with HIS, He wanted to know what was on the pizza they originally made. As I said she ignored him and took my order, after she started making new pizzas he came in and told me this is a weekly occurrence for him. As a father myself I understood why he keeps going back, kids want what the kids want. She tried justifying her actions saying he was HARRASING her before I got there, then WHY KEEP HIM AROUND? if someone is HARRASING you, I assume YOU would walk away. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, pls demote or fire her. She's not worth your trouble, sincerely someone who cares. D end

Ya know, I'm not a pizza hut kinda person, but I decided to give it a try, it was pretty good, but what really made me want to give a 5 star review was thier staff. They were extremely friendly, courteous and allowed me to sit back, relax and enjoy my pizza in thier small, togo style location. Thanks again to the staff, and I would recommend anyone local or just passing by to give this pizza spot a try, and more business, they really deserve it. ?
Ordered online and the room number was not on ticket(did input). I called and told them the room number right after ordered. Not a knock at the door for over an hr. Called them and 15 mins after being lied to and told it was my fault, they offered to cancel my order with the requirement that they pick up the long cold pizza from front desk. No offer of a new delivery, no coupon, not even sure if i got my money back. Do not use this pizza hut.
My Pizza was burnt on the ends. The bread sticks had the flavor of the cinnamon sticks
pizza tasted like day old pizza. it was super flat and dry
Pizza Hut is real good , carry just ordered on line and 15min later pick up at location real convenient and fast
Be less rude and more professional, answer your phones and stop hanging up on people! Get a new manager that’s professional, well trained and knows what customer service is ! Not some angry young girl who’s upset and rude ! Natalie claimed she was a manager at this location and is the worst
You are the pizza company to charge a service fee here in California. For this company to do this to people that are struggling in a time like this is horrible and despicable. I will never be ordering from your company and any other companies in are associated with. You have lost a customer until this charge is taken off.
